Colin came and gave us a quote very quickly which we accepted. The two guys who work with him were polite and worked right through until job was complete. They tidied up and took all the rubbish etc away. Very pleased with the job and would recommend them.

We had gallons of water coming through our ceiling during the recent spate of torrential rain. We were recommended to contact Colin by our neighbour. Colin came out quickly and went up to have a look. He ended up fixing a slipped slate, clearing out detritus from the top of the downpipe and repointing some adjacent stonework - all for a very reasonable price. Colin was polite and professional at all times.

Very impressed with the service from LandE Roofing from point of estimates through to carrying out the work. Colin responded quickly when my roof was damaged and prompt in providing estimates for repairs. He kept me in touch at each stage, providing photos of the damage and repairs completed. The work was done quickly and on budget. Excellent service

We engaged L&E Roofing to rectify work that had been carried out by another company that wasn't functioning. From the first contact with Maryann to the completion of the job, our experience was like night and day compared to the previous contractors. Colin gave us a very fair and honest assessment of this prior work and how to fix the issue. Derek and Dylan who carried out the work were brilliant; prompt, polite, tidy etc. They were here when they said they would be, a trait which is sadly very rare it seems. Throughout the job we received visual updates, which was good to see progress but also for peace of mind, knowing that this job was ding properly. I would highly recommend L&E, many thanks.

From first contact through to the work being carried out, L & E Roofing were first class. Clear communication on when they come to assess work, when and how long they would be on site, advise re work required with options and clear costings. Team worked hard on the job and cleared up all debris afterwards. All work completed to high standard.

After reading all the positive reviews on here, contacted L&E to get our gutters cleared. Prompt, friendly and efficient communication from MaryAnn. Turned up when they said they would, cleared all the debris from the gutters and took it all away. Happy customer, would recommend.

Colin and his team have looked after our (very old) roof for a number of years in terms of annual checks and maintenance, re-roofing an extension, and more recently completed replacement of roof lights and some storm damage repair. Always very good communication, and good service, and entirely trust him and his team to do a good job.

Colin and his team replaced my flat roof over bedroom dormers with a rubber coating . They were prompt and courteous and left no mess . They work well as a team and I am very happy with the work carried out as they also check over the rest of the roof and did some minor repairs .
After a few weeks I had a problem with water getting in through my bathroom ceiling and again Colin came out to resolve the problem promptly at no extra charge .
I would definitely recommend his business and will use them again if I ever need to .

Could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The quote was very good and Colin and team arrived on time -all prepared - no excuses - nothing left to chance. The lads went beyond the job and when they knew I was hiring a special pipe cutter - they said - we will do that and they did. Have no fears - this company are experts and well mannered lads.
