Colin responded very quickly to my initial phone call,came out to look at job gave me a price and arranged a date and time.His workmen arrived when they said they would , carried out the work to a good standard and tidied up after finished job [fitting interlocking verges].very pleased with Colin and his team will use again and certainly recommend.

Fixed some roof trim which had been stripped and slipped tiles from Storm Eowyn. They were quick to get in touch after I sent my initial enquiry, work was scheduled in good time and completed to a high standard. All members of the team were polite and professional throughout my experience.

The job was a small one, to replace a tile and check the roof for any other defects. In contrast to other companies I tried to contact I received a phone call within 48 hours, the work was arranged to suit my timetable and carried out in timely and professional manner.

From the initial discussion of the job we wanted done to the completion of the work we were impressed by the professionalism and competence of L&E Roofing.
The job was started on time and men were onsite until the job was finished. We were kept informed of each stage of the work and were sent pictures of work in progress.
Any queries were promptly attended to with calls to L&E Roofing returned the same day.
L&E Roofing were clean, tidy and their professional approach to the job made a what could have been a stressful time a positive experience.

Needed a broken tile replaced on Garage roof, was given a quote and time for the work to be completed. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They replaced another tile that was also broken and didn’t alter the original quote provided. I would recommend them without reservation and found them helpful, pleasant and professional. We had a tile that had slipped causing a leak and our gutters needed cleared. Colin came out the same day to take a look at the problem and came back the very next day to fix it due to the weather forecast being for rain. This was a few weeks ago and was waiting for heavy rain before leaving an honest review. Problem appears to be sorted as it has been raining all afternoon and we do not have any signs of the leak.
Was very happy with the communication and service, particularly the speed, and would definitely recommend.

Colin was really responsive. He came out to quote within days and got us fitted in before the weather got very bad! Two lovely guys came to do the work, arrived on time, and even discovered and repaired some additional damage on our flat roof (alongside clearing up some other debris) which was a step above and beyond.

Overall management of the project by Colin was excellent, very customer focussed and end result is a very high standard of finish. L&E fixed an issue with the roof lining and cleaner the gutters. The customer service was excellent and the responsiveness of the company was excellent as well as the job was assessed, quoted and completed quickly. On the day the team were prompt, polite and very considerate. I would recommend their services to anyone.
I couldn't give them a 5 for value for money only because having never had such a service before I found it difficult to judge that.

We had lead flashing repainted, all gutters cleaned and 2 tiles replaced in preparation for solar panel installation. Colin was very flexible about doing the work around the installation dates we were given. We were out the day the work was done and that wasn't a problem. The work was carried out leaving everywhere tidy. There were a couple of things that got missed but we forwarded Colin photos and he sorted them the next day. Very satisfied.

I was let down very badly by a company hired to replace my roof to the point the new roof had to be entirely removed and replaced. When work was quoted for they explained clearly how they would approach the work and what would be done/what was included in quote.
I was kept up to date with expected start date for work and sent regular progress updates once it started. The work was completed in 2 weeks (did get lucky with the weather enabling this). The team were polite and respectful.
Very pleased with finished roof.

Gable end verges replaced with PVC. Follow up work to remedy uncovered problems.
