We had a tile that had slipped causing a leak and our gutters needed cleared. Colin came out the same day to take a look at the problem and came back the very next day to fix it due to the weather forecast being for rain. This was a few weeks ago and was waiting for heavy rain before leaving an honest review. Problem appears to be sorted as it has been raining all afternoon and we do not have any signs of the leak.
Was very happy with the communication and service, particularly the speed, and would definitely recommend.

Had some work done on my roof. New tiles & also some pointing work,
I was contacted throughout the whole process by text & email to provide quotes, updated on when work would be done & also after work to ensure I was happy.

Gable end verges replaced with PVC. Follow up work to remedy uncovered problems.
Derek and Daryl did a neat and tidy job and dealt well with the problems that cropped up as the concrete was removed.

We had lead flashing repainted, all gutters cleaned and 2 tiles replaced in preparation for solar panel installation. Colin was very flexible about doing the work around the installation dates we were given. We were out the day the work was done and that wasn't a problem. The work was carried out leaving everywhere tidy. There were a couple of things that got missed but we forwarded Colin photos and he sorted them the next day. Very satisfied.

We have used L and E Roofing for a number of years now to maintain our roof/guttering and to good effect.
Colin is efficient and professional. I have appreciated how rapidly he responds, when there is an issue, and it is good to have direct contact with him as the person in charge.

Colin and his guys resurfaced two dormer roofs which an incompetent tradesman had previously 'fixed'.
Difficult to give an accurate rating regarding cost, quality of product etc as roofers tend to vary wildly and sometimes issues can develop further down the line, however; they were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and would hire again.

Colin and his team firstly did interim work before Christmas to try to protect me after botched work before.
The main work started end of February/ beginning of March but we were then mightily inconvenienced by the weather. But through all that time I felt supported by Colin and his men. Derek needs a particular call out as he braved wind and rain to keep me safe . Even when no work could be done someone came to check on things.
It was a complicated roof but with perseverance it is all done .
As yet. ( 8 th May ) I have had no rain to test the whole roof but I am confident that it is now totally waterproof. And in the absolute off chance it isn’t then Colin will sort it
