Replacement of an old lap top with a new one. Although we're pretty adept at using our home PC, lap top and printer for both business and personal use, we were slightly nervous about the change process, should we lose any data or have difficulty or delays in getting everything working again. Andy was excellent at reassuring us that the change would be straightforward and within 2 days of letting him have our old lap top he had transferred all of the data and network linkages to the new machine. It was just a case of plugging in the new lap top and connecting it to the printer and within a few minutes we had everything working perfectly, much to our relief. We'd used Andy in the past and would recommend EASY PC. Friendly, quick and jargon free service.

I am delighted with the work done for me so quickly. Having spilled tea over my old computer I felt I had lost all my photos and documents. As my computer was six years old I chose to buy a new computer. To my amazement and joy, within two days I had a new computer with everything transferred from my old computer and all set up ready to use. Andrew replaced the old hard drive in my laptop with a solid state drive which transformed its performance. He was very encouraging and helpful. The work was done by the following day. I will certainly use Easy PC in the future.

I had my laptop checked out as I was concerned about the noise it was making. I have used Easy PC before, they are my go-to for concerns and service of my laptop which I use for work. The laptop was checked over and cleaned and I had it back in no time. I can highly recommend Easy PC.

Dead battery in my laptop turned out to be a fire hazard! New battery ordered and fitted next day. Excellent service.

Had problems with my pc trying to start up. Took it to easy pc in the morning. Got a phone call that afternoon to say that it was fixed. Running great now. Good value for money and would use again. Would thoroughly recommend.
