Purchased new computer and printers and asked that all information and software systems be transferred on to the new computer which was not straight forward. This was done with confidence and with the expertise required. Very satisfied with all of the work and would certainly look no further for any similar work needing done.

The computer needed a full professional clean after i had been cammed and thee scammers had managed to take over control of my computer. Brilliant service, much support for what had occurred. time to listen to customers.

Supplied and commissioned a new portable computer (PC) at very short notice. PC developed a fault, Easy-PC gave good advice and arranged warranty repair. No problems now.

Over several years I've gone to Andy whenever I've had a problem or query with my PC or software. In fact I bought my current PC from him about 6 years ago. It's given me good service and is still going strong yet - so any occasional issues I've had to take to him over these years have usually been minor.
I certainly wouldn't go to anyone other than EasyPC, and I've had no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyone else who's talked about having computer problems.

Fitting a new keyboard to a Dell laptop. Andy was very helpful, and when it failed (not his fault) just out of the 3 month guarantee period he managed to get a replacement from Dell and fit it free of charge.

I ASKED EASY PC FOR HELP WITH A PRODUCT THEY WOULD NOT, NORMALLY, HANDLE. WITH HARDLY A MOMENT’S HESITATION THEY AGREED TO GIVE IT A TRY, WORKED ON IT OVERNIGHT AND RETURNED IT IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER NEXT DAY. I HESITATE TO SAY THIS BECAUSE I’M SURE THEY WON’T ALWAYS BE ABLE TO HELP WITH EVERYTHING (NOBODY CAN). BUT IT SHOWS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THEY EXPECT OF THEMSELVES.
