Got a General PC health check and problem diagnosis on my computer back in October, problem part was found and computer is now working just fine.
Dude was super friendly and got the work done quickly.

I've used the services of Easy PC a couple of times now and have on each occasion been happy with the service provided. The most recent scenario required the resurrection of an obsolete model MacBook Pro. The repair could not be completed at Easy PC and required to be sent away by them to a specialist repairer. This resulted in the repair being somewhat more expensive than I hoped but I was still delighted that it was repairable at all. Very happy with service provided by Easy PC throughout.

This is the second laptop, that I have purchased from EasyPC, the last one being some 6 years ago.

My son's PC stopped working suddenly. I know a bit about PCs so I tried replacing components: processor, motherboard and power supply but no improvement.
I phoned Alan at Easy PC and dropped to PC off there. He had it working the next day.
He was very helpful and explained what the problem was and how he fixed it.
The PC is working perfectly two weeks later.
Easy PC are straightforward, trustworthy and really know what they are doing.
Highly recommended.

I bought a laptop and everything on my desktop was transferred for me which was really helpful.
I also needed help to connect a mouse ( Not being very technical!)and Andy did it for me and explained everything clearly.
I have been using EasyPC for a few years now ,having an annual check on my computer and have always been satisfied with the service.
I would fully recommend using EasyPC.

My laptop was going slower and slower so I took it to Mr Easy PC. He could easily have sold me a new laptop but he looked at mine and installed a new hard drive which has transformed the performance at a fraction of the cost of a new one. In every way the service was excellent, fast and the whole experience was pleasant and I felt very well cared for by a gentleman who really knows what he is doing. Mr Easy PC is an absolute expert. I cannot recommend him more highly for all matters computers and other digital stuff!!

I had my PC given a routine check-up to make sure there were no bugs or problems. I also had Easy PC install Windows 365 to upgrade from Windows 10.
Both tasks were carried out without any problems at Easy PC Haddington by Andy who was most helpful and gave advice on the tasks. He was happy to provide information and support throughout.
I am happy to recommend Easy PC to others.

I have occasion to seek help from Easy PC at least 4 times over the years. Each time I have been very impressed with Andrew’s knowledge and ability to solve the problem. He communicates clearly and with no delay. Pricing is very fair.

Six months ago he advised me that my laptop was unable to take the upgrade to Windows 11. He advised regarding my best needs and completely set up my new laptop and hard drive.
I have dealt with Andy since he set up in Haddington and his service and advice goes above and beyond in every aspect.
