Just had a new front door installed in my flat, which had to fit all the fire safety regulations. The work was done in the time frame given at time of ordering. The work was done to a high standard. Very pleased with my new front door.

From order to advice when measuring was being done prior to the making of the windows & door was exceptional .
The team who came to do the fitting have to be mentioned , guys were brilliant Scott & Gary then Craig on the last day . We had tile & roof issues however they were undeterred & went above & beyond to sort everything out .

Full house installation of double glazed windows plus new front and back door. Excellent service from start to finish starting with the Sales guy, the back office support staff through to the installation team. The installers were fast, efficient and tidy. We could not find a fault with any of their service..

The initial visit to our home was friendly, very well informed and helpful. We visited their showroom in Glenrothes to get a better idea of their products, and I’d recommend you do that. All the windows and doors were replaced in our bungalow. The two installers were very good timekeepers, extremely hardworking, efficient and friendly. Can’t recommend highly enough. The products are high quality. This firm was recommended to us by neighbours and, in our area, a lot of their recommendations have been by word of mouth. This is a very professional outfit to deal with.

We needed a new front door, as the one we had was leaking. We visited the showroom in early June, where we spoke to Iain. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he talked us through our options. The survey happened very soon after we visited the showroom.

As it was only one door, the company were obliging enough to fit installation in around another job being done nearby, to tie in with our dates for having the exterior of house painted.

Gary and Scott turned up just before 8am on 10th August, they introduced themselves on arrival, which I thought was excellent. The job was completed by mid-morning. They took the old door and all of the fittings away, tidied up and even swept my drive. There was no damage to the interior of house. I had imagined needing to redecorate our vestibule, but no need.

Replacement conservatory roof. The experience was excellent, the resulting new roof has greatly improved our conservatory.
