Just had rear window replaced with patio doors and original rear door replaced with a window. Whole process from arranging survey to completing the job was seamless. The team arrived promptly and knuckled down. They were very respectful of my property, laying dust sheets down, cleaning up at the end of the day and removing the debris to dispose of it. Whole job took less than 2 days and the results are fabulous. Already noticed a massive improvement in room temperature and noise reduction. Great customer service evidenced by courtesy call from company the following day to check that I was completely happy with the installation. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Really pleased with my replacement back door, really nice guy fitted it, he even asked if my dog would be ok with the noise from his nail gun, job was completed in a morning and all the mess, even the sawdust on the drive, was cleaned away, would highly recommend.

We visited the showroom looking for a new front door, the staff were very friendly and helpful giving advice on the doors , no pressure to buy . We went for the door we chose in the showroom . The door was fitted last week, we were really happy with the finished job ,the lad that worked on it (jack) was amazing ,very polite and his work was of a very high standard .took away our old door and tidied up afterwards . Would not hesitate to use this company again

This is the 4th time that I have used Fife Windows and Door for the supply of windows and doors on my own home and on rental properties. The quality of the service provided during the quotation process is superb, the quality of the products supplied has been very high matched by highly skilled installers that leave a top quality finish...Latest install was an arched external door on a rental property - I will not go anywhere else for my window and door requirements in the future....

I had all my windows replaced and Scott and Lewis were very professional and were very friendly and they cleaned up after themselves and if I needed anything else done I would definitely use fife windows again

We had ten windows and one door replaced. The difference is huge - we no longer hear the seagulls nesting opposite and there are no draughts.

Neil and Andy arrived at the time that they said they would, they were friendly, polite and respectful of our property - in fact we couldn't have asked for more.

I had 2 new bay windows fitted to my 200 year old cottage and I am absolutely delighted with them.They blend in beautifully with the building,and it is all a result of the perfect planning and advice offered by Fife Windows and Doors.From the beginning to meeting with their sales manager Kevin Gerard,through the owner,to Scott and Ross,the two joiners,I have nothing but praise.They kept me informed at every stage,worked diligently throughout, and tidied up at the end of each day.They were a pleasure to come into your house,and I have no hesitation in awarding them this high accolade of praise.I should also add that there was never any pressure selling,and I got a first class job at a very fair price.

We have used Fife Windows to put in all our windows and have now used them to put up a Sun Room. We cannot praise their workmanship high enough. Discussions about the build very thorough. Workmen very good and clean and tidy.

Had a new front and back door fitted and was delighted with the finished product. The work was carried out to such a high standard that you would never know the doors had just been replaced. Apologies that I have forgotten the names of the two guys that did the job, but they tidied up on completion did an excellent job. First time I have used Fife Windows and Doors and I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

One additional thing to mention, the price I was quoted when I ordered the doors, was the price I paid after they were fitted.

I had double glazing installed by Fife Windows and doors,plus a front door and french windows 24 years ago.All going strong so desperately needed a back door as this had never been replaced.

Very professional. Came to quote, no - we can do it for this price and dropping it if you didn't like what they said. It was just - this will cost you this much. They came within the dates we were given, did the work, cleaned up and left. Good value for money, less than other companies quoted. Pleasant workmen.

Excellent service and product.

We initially decided to scope a conservatory and did our due diligence with quotes from different companies.

The Fife Windows and Doors (FW&D) salesperson Ian was helpful and friendly and there was no brinkmanship, basically the price quoted was what you would pay. The quote for the FW&D conservatory, known as a Livin Room, was in the region of what we expected and it should be said, almost half of a well known Scotland wide company.

By the time we decided that we would go ahead with the Livin Room, we also got a quote for new windows, front door and roofline. Again, the quote was in the region of what we would have expected and we agreed to go ahead with all of the work.

Mike was thereafter the contact at FW&D and he kept us well informed of what work would be carried out and when.

The roofline and windows were the first job to be done and this was started and completed on time. The guys that attended to carry out the work were polite and respectful of our property and we are delighted with both the quality of the fitting and the products themselves.

The Livin Room was then started. Again, Mike kept in regular contact as this involved a number of sub-contractors attending. This was completed on time and again we are delighted with the product. We would also praise the sub-contractors, builders, electricians, plumbers and decorators, as well as the FW&D guys who were all pleasant to have around the house and had a great work ethic.

In the weeks that followed, given the amount of work that was done it was understandable that there would be minor snagging issues, and these were all dealt with without any hassle and promptly.

In summary, I would highly recommend FW&D. From the sales team right through to the aftercare, we can not fault the process and the product is excellent (goodness knows what the extra £1000’s get you when you go with other companies??).

This is a local Fife based company and in our view there is no need to look any further than them for new windows/conservatories etc.

This company was recommended to us and we are so pleased it was. We have had our entire house fitted with new windows and doors, including patios and French doors. The weather was horrendous last week but this did not deter the workmen at all. The service provided was excellent from start to finish, from office staff to surveyor, to joiners and fitters. This was repeat business with Fife Windows and Doors. When I first bought the house in 1997 I had them in to do the double glazing. The job was professional with excellent workmanship. Today I had replacement double glazing done to make it more modern. I had the same excellent job done. The lads worked very well from start to finish and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

We had five upstairs windows replaced by this company, the team arrived on time and got started with job, the guys covered all the carpets and flooring with dust sheets.the guys were so professional you struggled to they were there,a full demo on the operation of the windows was give on completion of the installation, they guys tidied up on completion of the work, a mention to staff who came out to do the measurements prior to the work being carried out ,we would definitely recommend the business to any one thinking off window and or door replacement we definitely recommend this business 5 star.
