Can’t recommend FWD enough. The pre-sales service was excellent, friendly and efficient. The fitted were also top notch and the product superb. This is the second time I have used FWD and would definitely use them again.

I had a new composite entrance door, and double glazed window panels fitted by installers Gary and Scott. Both were throughly professional, and excellent work men. Who explained everything. Even demonstrating how to operate the door. They were also meticulous and tidied up after they were finished.
Dealing with Fife Windows & Doors was a breeze from start to finish.
This review comes with a warning: If you ignore this excellent company. You do so at your own pearl!!!!

Great service. Good communications and very helpful throughout. Neat, tidy and cleaned up after themselves, respectful of property. Good choice of product and informative sales team. Installation team were first class.

I had new front door and new back door fitted. From initial visit to the showroom right through to the fitting of the doors I cannot recommend Fife Windows and Doors more highly. Helpful, friendly staff throughout and every step and timescale was fully explained. The fitters arrived on time and the job was done very efficiently and without fuss and they cleaned up fully before demonstrating the operation of the doors. No hesitation in recommending to others.

From order to advice when measuring was being done prior to the making of the windows & door was exceptional .
The team who came to do the fitting have to be mentioned , guys were brilliant Scott & Gary then Craig on the last day . We had tile & roof issues however they were undeterred & went above & beyond to sort everything out .

Middle of November we had new windows and a tiled roof fitted on our conservatory. It's the best decision we have made and wish we had it done years ago. We have gained another room that can be used more than just in the warmer months. Davey and his team did an excellent job, especially having to work through the terrible weather conditions we had. Can't fault this company from first contact to the finished work.

The men were brilliant they never stop and they were very good when asked questions. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend them for other customers

Six upstairs windows replaced over two days - and we hardly knew anyone was in the house! Jack with Ben, then Neil on day two, were great. No air hissing through teeth, no debates about how they were going to do the job ……. they were brilliant, started work and finished job, no messing. Would recommend this company!!

New window and doors installed. The whole process from first contact to installation was done efficiently and as planned. Not having to pay anything until work carried out satisfactorily is an added bonus. Have used before and would certainly use again.

The installation was coordinated excellently, in order to ensure that the house was inconvenienced as little as possible. Gary & Scott were both engaging, considerate & very professional.

Full house installation of double glazed windows plus new front and back door. Excellent service from start to finish starting with the Sales guy, the back office support staff through to the installation team. The installers were fast, efficient and tidy. We could not find a fault with any of their service..

Had a new front door supplied and fitted. Assistance from Ian in showroom was patient, pleasant and efficient. Scott who installed the door was also pleasant and efficient and did a great job.

Very pleased with job done! Very tidy job, the two men who fitted the windows were the best! Would have them back anytime!
The office staff were also very pleasant when ringing! Top job! Highly recommend!

I’ve just had my windows and door replaced by Neil and Andy from Fife Windows & Doors Ltd and I’m more than delighted with the end result. Their workmanship is superb and their attention to detail cannot be faulted. They had total respect for our home and took great care to protect furniture and flooring etc with dust sheets. At the end of the day, everywhere was hoovered and left very tidy. They were both very pleasant and friendly. I’m one very happy customer.

All in all a very good experience using Fife Windows and Doors. This is the first time we have used the company and are very happy with the build, from start to finish.

Conservatory roof conversion and installation of internal french doors:

Fantastic job by Fife Windows and Doors converting our conservatory roof to an Ultraframe 380 and installing internal french doors. From initial consultation with Ian Reid to installation by Davy Penman and the team, everything was exceptional. The team turned up when expected and completed the job with limited disruption. It’s turned our conservatory from a limited use space, due to heat extremes, to one of the most used rooms in the house. It looks great too. We’re very happy with the job and would recommend the company 100%.
