Scott Findlay had been servicing my boiler for a few years before recently installing a new one when the existing boiler started leaking.

I had previously chosen them on recommendation, believing them to be a bit more expensive perhaps than some other options in Edinburgh, but I cannot fault the level of service I have received and would happily recommend them to anyone else.

The staff are both friendly and professional - everyone I have spoken to from the back office to the engineers have always been very helpful and conscientious. They reliably deliver, on-time and to a high standard.

They installed the boiler in our flat a few years ago and I have always used them for the annual boiler and fire service. Never had any problems with the boiler and the engineers are always very friendly and professional. They also recently carried out some general plumbing works. I was again very impressed with the high standard of work carried out and the engineer who kept me updated and explained everything throughout. I will continue using Scott Findlay Engineers in future and would highly recommend to others.

Excellent local company. We had a new boiler fitted by this company and I could not have faulted them in any way. They were efficient, reliable and pleasant to deal with. Their price was competitive and the service we received was second to none. Would definately recommend them.

Had gas boiler replaced in the middle of the cold weather snap due to it being unserviceable - the survey was carried on on the Monday with a quote issued on the Wednesday - On the same day that the quote was issued we accepted and heard the brilliant news that they could replace the boiler the next day - which they did. the whole team of Admin Staff and Engineers were amazing - both Kev who did the survey and Brian who installed and commissioned the boiler were superb. Both were compliant with Covid 19 practices, both were clean tidy and courteous. Both had a great attitude and are a credit to the company that they work for.

New boiler installation. Kenny's work was of an extremely high quality. Very conscientious and left the flat as he found it. I am very pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use Scott Findlay again.

Boiler replacement- very happy with the work done. Engineer turned up early both mornings and was very tidy. He explained all the work that was done and how to operate the system

New boiler fitted as promised. Excellent service, they notify you when engineer will be arriving. Radiators flushed and all working perfectly. Really great company that can be trusted to tell you the truth.
