We used Scott Findlay to install a new central heating boiler a couple of weeks ago. Throughout the whole process, from initial fault investigation of the old boiler through to installation of the new one, everyone we dealt with in the company was competent, helpful and friendly. Responses were timely, communications were excellent, they came when they said they would and the work was carried out efficiently and cleanly. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

New combi boiler installed. Often when trades people enter your home it can feel like a mini invasion; but Scott Findlay keep disruption to a minimum and are punctual, quiet, tidy and friendly. My job was not straight forward, due to unexpected issues that arose from a previous installation (by another company) but all my concerns and questions were patiently answered by my installer Cameron who could not have been more helpful. All dealings from initial enquiries onwards have been professional friendly and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Phoned Scott Findlay after contacting 3 other companies who did not respond to my voicemails and email requests.

After speaking to Scott Findlay on Tuesday morning plumber Mark arrived the next day, at the time arranged. Very friendly, professional, explained the job and what parts he fitted to Toilet Cistern and repaired bathroom tap. Excellent job done. Flush working perfectly. Would certainly recommend this company to friends and relatives. Using this company again, soon got quote to have outside taps fitted. Very impressed with all aspects of customer care and service provided.

I have used Scott Findlay a number of times over the last few years for a variety of small jobs (boiler service, new kitchen tap etc.) and they have always provided first class service. Old Back Boiler removed a new combi boiler installed in loft along with installation of new roof vent and bricking up of fireplace opening.

We had a new boiler installed. From the first enquiry call to the completion of the works, Scott Findlay were extremely professional and kind. The work was carried out efficiently and cleanly. It is clear that the company take pride in what they do. We would highly recommend using their services.

Scott Findlay have just installed a new combi boiler for us. That involved removing the old boiler, the water tank and decommissioning the cold water tank. We also had several new radiators installed. The job took 4 days; the engineers arrived at the expected time every day and worked without stopping all the time they were here! They were professional, friendly and helpful and communicated well at all stages.

The quote for the job was accurate and information from the office was thorough and helpful. The engineers were very conscious of making the disruption (they were working in every room in the house) as minimal as possible and of leaving the system in as workable a way as they could when they left each evening. They also cleaned up after their work, which was much appreciated!

The end result is wonderful, the system works perfectly and we are very pleased. I would recommend Scott Findlay without hesitation.
