Poor hot water. It took a few visits and I was getting very stressed.The plumber (Albert) assured me there would be a solution. The water tank has gone and we have a new immersion cylinder with a vented system so we are completely plumbed into the mains. Excellent service throughout.

We had to replace our gas boiler and Scott Findlay provided excellent communication and efficient service from start to finish. Knowledgeable, friendly engineers who arrived when they said they would and went the extra mile. They also made every effort to protect floor and wall finishes and cleared up each evening.

I was very happy with the service I received from Scott Findlay Plumbing and Heating. They arrive when they say they will and carry out the work to top specification. They protect your flooring with dust sheets and also use shoe coverings. After installion we were talked through everything we needed to know. Great service and would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a heating company.

Workers turned up on time and were great to have in the house. Kept me informed of everything at every step. Kept disruption to a minimum. And tidied up each day.

I am certain that Scott Findlay are the best plumbers/heating engineers in Edinburgh. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. I always use them for service of boiler, etc. Unfortunately our boiler had to be replaced last week and the service we got was second to none. Mark appeared at 8am and worked solidly till after 3pm. Martinusand Cameron equally efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

The initial inspection was very thorough and professional as we aimed to replace our boiler and water tank with a combi boiler.
The work was done exactly on schedule. The workers were brilliant throughout. All the work was done as agreed, and they kept updating us as they went along. They were always polite and helpful. The final product is exactly what we requeste. They set up and checked everything and made sure we were happy.

This company was recommended to me and I am glad I went with them. They did a fantastic job of installing my new gas boiler in a new position as well as dismantling old one. All parts of old system were removed. It took 2 days where all engineers worked very hard. I was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. There was no loud blaring music, no shouting or bad language. They tidied up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
