Excellent work

We use N.Watt & Son, Rory, to help us with bigger plumbing and heating jobs.
We subcontract him in as we know his standard of work he provides is efficient and 100% all the time.
We know we can take his advice and leave him to work to our standards without having to watch over him!

This is the start of, hopefully, a long plumbing/heating partnership with ourselves and Rory and will be using him again on jobs coming up in near future!

If we can do the job, RORY is defiantly the man to complete it.

First work I have had done in a while with no issues, completed to a high standard and on time, well done!

Had my downstairs toilet and laundry room fitted. Very happy with the overall service and quality of work will definetly be using this company again.

Rory replaced a radiator in my lounge. He let me know when he was arriving and kept me informed about the necessary work. He was efficient and very tidy. I will definitely use this company again.

Power flush of heating system and replacement blocked pipes

We've had Rory do a few jobs around the house including fixing a leaky bath fitting, sorting out some DIY disasters done by the previous owner, and installing a mixer tap in the kitchen.
Definitely my go-to plumber from now on, he does a great job and is always highly professional.

I needed a closed in toilet cistern replaced and Rory went out of his way to make sure that I didn't have to do any redecoration in the bathroom. Prompt, reliable and very good value for money. An excellent service.

Rory installed a dishwasher for us. The job involved moving the mains water pipework and creating a hole in the floor of a small undersink cabinet to accommodate the dishwasher hoses. Rory completed the work in a couple of hours, including running the dishwasher to check for any problems and cleaning up. We are very happy with the work and would recommend the firm.

Fitting of new shower, hand basin, smart mirror, radiators and all associated accessories - all related pipework and electrical work. Because of other work going on, this required a number of visits. Team were very polite, customer focussed and responsive. Work was of a high standard and completed with the minimum of fuss. Came when they said they would. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very impressed with the super efficient and excellent service. We required an electrician urgently to fix an electrical fan that was sparking. This company was able to provide help almost immediately and the communication was very good throughout the whole time. Highly recommend and would use again!

Have used this firm over the last couple of years for my boiler both repair and service.
What a huge difference the service was compared to one of these 'maintenance contract' things from the big firms. Obviously did more, checked and changed seals etc.
Turns up when arranged, work is explained and bill is sensible for very good work. Will use again.

Rory serviced boiler and Sandy has been fitting new interlinked fire alarms as well as checking all my electrics. Great service and advice from them both.
Will be asking them back, have a long list of ‘work to be done’.

Have twice had a boiler repair by this company. One was an emergency repair and one was less urgent.
On both occasions, turned up when they said, punctual and professional on arrival and issue addressed thoroughly.
The two instances were approx two years apart.
Have booked them for a full service as very happy with the work ,

I contacted Rory as I required work on my central heating system. He was able to do the job at quite short notice and did a professional job keeping the disruption to a minimum with no mess or damage.
He was also very polite, friendly and helpful in providing advice. I would have no hesitation in using the company again or recommending them to others.

Excellent service from N Watt & Son Ltd. Emergency call out to a top floor flat to fix a cistern leak. Rory did a great job. He was very efficient, friendly and fixed the problem straight away. I definitely intend to use this company again. Based on my experience I highly recommend them.
