It is difficult to put into words how happy we are with the service, Rory was absolutely delightful and as two folk in their 70's this means a lot. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

So pleased my friend recommended Rory to me to replace the radiators and all the associated pipework in my flat. He was really great to deal with - easy and prompt communication and he was very efficient and thorough in his work. Always showed up when he said he would and really happy with the quality of his work. He left the place nice and tidy too! Will definitely be using Rory again and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Needed a fill valve replaced in a toilet. The work was carried out in an excellent manner by Rory and was done in good time. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Sometimes, all someone has to do is walk in the door and immediately you know you can trust them to do the job! Rory was available to do a same-day repair for us after a flex cable under our kitchen sink burst. He was able to find the problem, explain what had gone wrong, fix it, along with being so easy to chat with before and after. 10/10 would recommend and use N Watt and Son again.

We needed our toilet replaced as the cistern was leaking. Rory was fabulous. He came round and measured up, providing good advice regarding a suitable replacement. We contacted N Watt and Son Ltd when we discovered that our new flat needed much more doing than we'd first anticipated, and we are just so glad that we did. They are a brilliant team of true professionals that really know their respective trades inside and out. This was evident from the start in our meetings with Sandy, who rewired our entire flat and made (what could've been a tense process) completely stress free, with excellent communication and a very high level of workmanship. After such a good experience it then felt natural to ask the same firm to install our kitchen and remove an old brick fireplace - and once again Rory, Graeme and Sandy provided an excellent service, a fantastic end product in our terrific new kitchen and clean new wall (now free from old defunct fireplace). They really were brilliant and we felt in safe hands throughout the project - we'd recommend them in heart beat.

Rory was recommended to me by a friend. On calling Rory regarding worn tap washers on kitchen mixer taps he said he could come later that morning, 11.10.23. He called when he was on his way and replaced the tap washers. Happy with the service and will contact Rory with any other house issues that arise. Thanks again Rory.

Rory and Darren did a complete refurbishment of our en-suite shower. They fitted a new bar mixer shower and larger tray, replaced tiles with boards, and installed a bi-fold door. The footprint of the cubicle was increased by removing an unnecessary ledge.

Carpet protector was laid, all waste removed and at completion the en-suite hoovered.

The job took two and a half days to complete and cost as estimated. The shower looks really good and the workmanship is very professional.

Rory is a good communicator and the work started sooner than expected. He and Darren are very efficient, pleasant and polite. I would certainly use N Watt & Son again and recommend them.

Rory installed a new boiler for us and we were extremely happy with the professional service he provided. Following our enquiry he came round quickly to review the situation and to assess the work which needed done. It wasn't a straightforward job and rather than going for the easy option which would have been to reposition the boiler in to a inconvenient room with access to an external wall, he sourced a new boiler which could be installed in the same place as the old. He quoted the same day and this was comparable with other quotes but his recommendations suited us better.
As usual, we needed this job completed quickly and Rory was able to accommodate our requirements and we had a new boiler up and running in just over 2 weeks from when he first visited the property. He was highly efficient, clean and tidy, and installed and tested all of the equipment very quickly.
Rory is a friendly, knowledgeable and proficient individual and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his services in future. I will definitely be using N Watt & Sons for any future boiler/plumbing/electrical requirements.

After finding N Watt and Son on Trusted Trader, I booked them to carry out a boiler service and EICR. Rory and Sandy were both really professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Unfortunately the EICR revealed there were numerous problems with the electrics, and a full re-wire was recommended. I booked Sandy to come back for the re-wire, and I'm delighted with the result. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work as everything was done to an excellent standard, and he was reliable and considerate throughout the project. I would thoroughly recommend N Watt and Son.

We've had Rory do a few jobs around the house including fixing a leaky bath fitting, sorting out some DIY disasters done by the previous owner, and installing a mixer tap in the kitchen.
Definitely my go-to plumber from now on, he does a great job and is always highly professional.

I needed a closed in toilet cistern replaced and Rory went out of his way to make sure that I didn't have to do any redecoration in the bathroom. Prompt, reliable and very good value for money. An excellent service.

Rory installed a dishwasher for us. The job involved moving the mains water pipework and creating a hole in the floor of a small undersink cabinet to accommodate the dishwasher hoses. Rory completed the work in a couple of hours, including running the dishwasher to check for any problems and cleaning up. We are very happy with the work and would recommend the firm.

Fitting of new shower, hand basin, smart mirror, radiators and all associated accessories - all related pipework and electrical work. Because of other work going on, this required a number of visits. Team were very polite, customer focussed and responsive. Work was of a high standard and completed with the minimum of fuss. Came when they said they would. Have used this firm over the last couple of years for my boiler both repair and service.
What a huge difference the service was compared to one of these 'maintenance contract' things from the big firms. Obviously did more, checked and changed seals etc.

We wanted to convert the cupboard that had housed a large water tank into a more usable space, by constructing shelves to fit around the new instant water heater. We had our central heating boiler replaced by Rory from N Watt and Son. The job involved removing the existing boiler from the kitchen together with the old cold water and header tanks and installing a new Baxi 836 boiler in the attic. Rory was fantastic to work with, reliable, on time and knowledgeable in his role. It wasn't the easiest of jobs to complete given the space available in the attic, but Rory made it all work brilliantly well and with a complete minimum of any fuss at all.

Rory from N Watt and son came last year to install our boiler and fit a new tap. He returned to service our boiler just today. Rory is very professional with his work but is still very friendly. He answered any questions we had, explained everything thoroughly and provided us with a certificate to prove the boiler had been serviced. After considering a few contractors to assist us with the renovation of our kitchen we chose to work with N. Watt and Son and are so happy we made that decision. N. Watt and Son met with us on a few occasions and connected us to a kitchen designer at Magnet to help guide us through the process. Working with N. Watt and Sons made this process seamless. While working closely with their recommendations we ultimately chose a different layout which works better for our family and would not have realised this was possible.
They met with us at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with us more if we had asked him to) prior to the works starting to ensure we were on the same page with the planning. They were also willing to give us his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide us as needed.
