I had a new smart toilet/Japanese toilet installed in my first-floor bathroom, which required both plumbing and electrical work. I was actually having quite a lot of trouble finding a company that would be able to do the installation, as smart toilets are a bit unusual. Rory from N Watt and Son Limited was immediately very responsive and helpful. I've never worked with such a conscientious, reliable trades team before. Every aspect went so smoothly and was so easy, and I felt very confident at every stage (site visit, advice, scheduling, day of installation, etc.). The install was very clean and the new smart toilet works great. I would highly recommend them and I definitely plan to use them again in future.

We asked Rory to come to investigate a leak from our tenement flat to the flat below. He arrived at the time we had arranged and promptly replaced the holed copper pipe with plastic pipe. His charge was reasonable and we would be happy to recommend him.
