Mark Smith Glazing Limited

Triple glazing was ordered to an agreed formal glazing specification. A different product specification supplied which did not fit the windows and therefore had to be taken away. Replacements were offered at full cost i.e. the 50% upfront deposit paid was forfeit. Mark Smith Glazing was not prepared to reach any replacement agreement which incurred any cost whatsoever to them.

We had a new door installed this week and it is a thing of beauty! It has transformed our house and we're all completely delighted with it (even the kids are impressed!)

Value for Money- everything is expensive at the moment but I wouldn't say that Mark Smith is more expensive than others, I thought his price was very fair given the current climate.

Customer service- This was really good; the team were available by phone and by email to answer all the stupid questions I had and were very helpful, especially as we'd never bought a new door before. One thing I would say is that the email 'banners' (is that what they are called?) are way too big and shouldn't be attached to every reply. One set of small banners is enough otherwise you can hardly find the writing of the actual email!

Quality of service or product- really high quality and they fitted it quickly and without mess.

I would certainly recommend them to anyone and if I ever need a new front door, I know who I'll call!

Double glased units and trickle vents instaled. Mark turned up in 2 days, the work done within 2 weeks. A small problem finding the correct trickle vents and installing them. Overall a good job done and happy to recommend Mark and his team.

From my first telephone inquiry till the completion of the job I was impressed by the professional, friendly and efficient manner in the way the company and its staff dealt with me as a customer. The preparation and survey of the site was done on time and in great detail, the installation of the product was done on time and efficiently without creating any fuss or mess, and I was kept informed of the progress of the project from beginning to the end in a reassuring and helpful way. Double glazing installed, had to wait due to company being busy, but on time on arranged day, all 5 windows completed in a day, workmen very competent and tidy, many dust sheets used and hoovered on completion , overall very pleased with the service we got.

Whilst I was a bit shocked by price of windows, mark smith quote was consistent with other providers. All the staff were very professional and polite and each request was dealt with quickly and professionally. In terms of fitting, the job was quick and efficient and the men left very little mess. Windows are great - definitely notice the difference in sound proofing and heat retention and they look beautiful. Will probably use mark smith again for future projects. Thanksb
