One of my bedroom windows had a build up of condensation which was causing mold on the frame. I was recommended by many to contact Mark Smith Glazing and they seemed to be the popular choice on a group chat. I was not disappointed!
Mark himself advised, they will be able to resolve this by replacing the glass and a trickle vent to be put in to prevent future re-occurrence of this.
Very reasonably priced and the job was done in a timely fashion. They even went out their way to fix my letterbox, which was loose for years! Very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend :)

We needed an emergency repair for an old pane of glass in a sash and case window (and not for the first time!). I emailed Mark Smith late one night with a photo; we received a reply first thing in the morning and they were able to come carry out the repair the next working day. We recently had seven windows replaced by Mark Smith Glazing. This is our third time using them. The team installing the windows were fantastic and the customer service is always very friendly. We are very happy with the windows. There was a very slight issue with the hinge on one of the windows and a replacement part was quickly organised and fitted without any question. The windows are of nice quality and good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend their team.

Whilst I was a bit shocked by price of windows, mark smith quote was consistent with other providers. All the staff were very professional and polite and each request was dealt with quickly and professionally. In terms of fitting, the job was quick and efficient and the men left very little mess. We had a pair of old French windows replaced and a window above. Mark came and measured up for an estimate and we were given an approximate date for fitting. This was confirmed and the work done on time to a very high standard.

New windows. Work was done on date as arranged, everything was tidied up by the workmen. There was one slight hiccup but this was dealt with promptly, no excuses, just sincere apologies.

We had a new door installed this week and it is a thing of beauty! It has transformed our house and we're all completely delighted with it (even the kids are impressed!)

Value for Money- everything is expensive at the moment but I wouldn't say that Mark Smith is more expensive than others, I thought his price was very fair given the current climate.

Customer service- This was really good; the team were available by phone and by email to answer all the stupid questions I had and were very helpful, especially as we'd never bought a new door before. One thing I would say is that the email 'banners' (is that what they are called?) are way too big and shouldn't be attached to every reply. One set of small banners is enough otherwise you can hardly find the writing of the actual email!

Quality of service or product- really high quality and they fitted it quickly and without mess.

I would certainly recommend them to anyone and if I ever need a new front door, I know who I'll call!

Only issue was having to wait a while for an appointment to replace a very large double glazed fixed “door”with a shattered outer pane. Otherwise very happy with standard and quality of service. As it was an insurance claim I can’t really comment on the value for money but I have used Mark Smith in the past as a private customer and have always been satisfied with the results.

Replaced floor to ceiling damaged triple glazed window.

Double glazing installed, had to wait due to company being busy, but on time on arranged day, all 5 windows completed in a day, workmen very competent and tidy, many dust sheets used and hoovered on completion , overall very pleased with the service we got.

I've had the sash and case windows in my flat replaced with double glazing (with incorporated astragal grids to replicate the traditional look). I initially had the windows at the front done to reduce noise, now that I'm working from home, but was sufficiently happy to then go on and get the back ones done too.

The company were easy to deal with and made a quick, clean job of the installation. The product is great, and comes with the same 10-year guarantee that certain big name providers were offering at twice the price.

We used Mark Smith Glazing Ltd to replace old fashioned glass panes in our flat front door with opaque/security glass. From start to finish I have been so impressed with the professionalism of this company. The communication with Lee was clear and prompt and the job was booked quickly and at a time to suit.
The glazier turned up on time, was polite, caused minimal mess and worked solidly for hours. He not only removed all the old glass and replaced it with new, he also returned all of the old beading so that it is almost impossible to see the repair.
His work was skilful and very neat and we are delighted with the finish. It has saved us the expense and hassle of buying an entire new door yet we feel we have a new product and all within a matter of weeks. I will definitely use them again.

I used this company for my new balcony doors and window, and all the staff were great from beginning to end. There was no hard sell at the beginning (I'd found some other firms really pushy), they sent me a detailed quote promptly, and then Mark came round to do a survey. The fitters were tidy, very efficient and polite, had the installation done in a morning, and the doors look great. Would recommend to anyone.

Mark came round himself and gave us advice about what we should do to improve the glazing in our flat. Other companies had been recommending expensive double glazing products but Mark said we would be better off using single glazing - which was sigificantly cheaper but would maintain our original windows and solve our draught problem. We were really impressed by Mark's professionalism and that he would recommend a cheaper option rather than push us as other firms had done into more expensive and potentially less good options.

The glazing itself is excellent, v discrete and keeps our house nice and warm now.

I had my single glazed windows upgraded to double and following a number of quotes I decided to go for Mark Smith Glazing, due to the competitive quote returned and the positive reviews that I had read.

Prior to the works, their team was very responsive and all preparatory information was provided in a timely fashion. The installation team were: on-time each day, very efficient, tidy, friendly and respectful throughout the work. I was working from home throughout the works and the whole process caused me virtually no disruption. The workmanship was excellent and with the job being completed on time and to budget I couldn't have really asked for more!

After being let down by some other glazing companies I approached Mark to get a quote for secondary glazing. I spoke with the very friendly office manager who arranged an appointment that week. Mark came out to measure up - he was prompt, polite and professional and I had the quote emailed to me in the time he promised. Had 5 uPVC windows installed after my original wooden framed ones were rotting away. Had already had issues from another glazing company fitting 2 other windows a few years ago so was wary and did a lot of research before contacting Mark Smith glazing to fit the rest. I couldn't find any negative reviews and I can see why.

Had received previous quote for replacement windows - salesperson stayed for 3 hours. Marks team were in house for max 30 mins, they surveyed, took measurements and emailed quote next day, No hard sell. Speed of installation was super quick. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
