Mark and his crew fitted double glazed windows in my flat. I am a builder and have had many experiences with tradesmen, and i have to say Mark's team are one of the best, most professional i have dealt with. - They politely introduced themselves, spoke to the neighbours to explain what was going on, protected all my existing surfaces and were in and out in two days, wit hno sign they had been there other than the fantastic new windows - can't recommend highly enough!

Really delighted with the work carried out by Mark Smith Glazing. We had a shattered secondary glass window pane (1m x 1m). They came, measures and ordered a new pane straight away and did the repair on a date that worked for us. We weren’t able to be there for the repair but they did the work and left everything really tidy which was so appreciated. Nice to find a trustworthy and professional window company. We’re now getting quotes for further work on other windows. Highly recommend.

Could not recommend these guys enough. Came to solve a problem another company created on a roof light. Came early, went out of their way to stay until the job was done even though it ran on way beyond expectations through no fault of their own. Fast, efficient, friendly, nothing was a problem. Staff were massively knowledgeable, patient and understanding.

In my experience building an extension these guys are A+. Wish I'd gone to them in the first place.

We had old timber windows replaced with new PVC spec (8 units in total).

Triple glazing was ordered to an agreed formal glazing specification. A different product specification supplied which did not fit the windows and therefore had to be taken away. Replacements were offered at full cost i.e. the 50% upfront deposit paid was forfeit. Mark Smith Glazing was not prepared to reach any replacement agreement which incurred any cost whatsoever to them.

We had two cracked double glazed windows replaced. The speed and quality of service could not have been better. Courteous and efficient. Very pleased.

Replacement patio door. The customer service was excellent. Very understanding office staff, namely Angela and Stewart. Mark Smith himself came to measure and price our request for a new door. The door is so easy to slide back and forth framing our garden beautifully. It’s a joy when eating at our dining area. It also has given new bright light in our living space opening up our home. The workers who attended the fitting were efficient, tidy and had a wealth of knowledge. Excellent service, excellent company. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. We are so happy. Alongside this the price was exceptional.

We had a new patio door fitted by Graham and James, arrived on time, done a great job and would definitely use Mark Smith again. When I had to phone the company on a couple of occasions staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Had secondary glazing installed due to road noise. From initial contact the service could not have been better. I received a quote for the work following a site visit and once windows were manufactured they were installed. The job was smooth and quality of workmanship was brilliant. The installers were extremely polite and left no mess.
