Mark Smith Glazing provides professional domestic and commercial glazing services across Edinburgh and the Lothians. We specialise in high-quality uPVC windows and doors, secondary glazing, and commercial glazing solutions.
Our uPVC range includes front and back doors, French and patio doors, sliding doors, real wood grain sash and case, tilt & turn, fully reversible and casement windows – all energy efficient, secure, and low maintenance.
We supply and install made-to-measure secondary glazing (horizontal, vertical, hinged and lift-out systems), ideal for noise reduction, listed buildings and conservation areas.
Our commercial glazing services cover shop fronts, entrances, replacement units, safety glass, fire-rated glass and same-day repairs.
We also offer composite, timber, aluminium and Crittall-style glazing, plus specialist glass, mirrors, splashbacks and repairs.

of a modern replacement window at a reasonable price.

Had five uPVC sash windows installed. I experienced excellent service and communication throughout. The estimator was knowledgeable and helpful with options, the office promptly sent through quotes and a suggested fitting date, Mark himself came to talk through the details then, on the agreed day, the fitting team were superb: I was astonished that they had all five perfectly fitted by lunchtime with minimal disruption and both rooms left in great condition.

From start to finish, a brilliant company to work with. Mended a broken sash window pane but also accommodated cutting galss for a couple of broken picture frames for me.
Straightforward dealings. Quick to visit site to quote, great fitting, swift and simple management of invoicing too. Really happy to recommend and will be using again in future.

I had a mirrored drawer replaced and it matches perfectly with the existing drawers. It saved me a fortune not having to replace two bedside cabinets. The cost was also very reasonable.

Mark's son Findlay did a fantastic job.
Very clean,tidy and polite.
The difference is amazing..both warmth and sound cancelling.
Totally invisible also.
Already ordered a further 3 and Mark Smith popped down himself to measure up yesterday.
Great company.
Especially when there are so many cowboys out there.
Cannot recommend enough.

This wonderful glazing company have put in large picture windows, triple glazing to existing windows and created a picture window/door. They really have a 'can do' attitude. They started the work on time and finished on time.
The workmen have been a pleasure to have in our home. We are so thrilled with the end result.... we could not be happier. Eventually we would like to get our front and back door replaced. We will not be shopping around. We will use Mark Smith Gazing Company confident in knowing an excellent job will be done. What more can you ask for!! One last point, I did not know they had made a mistake in the quote. Mark pointed it our to me. The quote price was adjusted down the way. Had glass replaced on blown double glazed window. Company quick to respond and gave the best quote. The glaziers were really friendly and helpful. Although weather was awful on day they were booked they were still cheerful and did the job well. Would definitely use them again.

The guys worked quickly but didn’t cut any corners, everything was done efficiently and to a high standard, the where polite and approachable which made a big difference and the whole process easy, really appreciated how they cleaned up after themselves, l would highly recommend.
