Works carried out full replacement panel roof the existing roof panels were discoloured and damaged with a full roof replacement what a massive difference to the roof brilliant job the other works was a total of 6 replacement double glazing windows old damaged ones had condensation in between the window panels the guys were very professional and done an awesome job taken time to vac tidy up behind them and give the windows a clean before job was completed so satisfied with all works by the guys many thanks again for an excellent job . Am very pleased with the whole process of buying and installation of my new patio doors with Mark Smith Glazing. There was no pushy sales pitch just straight forward advice on the various options available setting out the pros and cons of each. Only a few weeks between ordering and installation. The installers were excellent, quality workmanship, friendly and no mess. Will not hesitate to use again in the future for other windows needing replaced.

We had two panes of glass replaced after a break-in. Mark Smith staff were really helpful with advice on types of glass. Work was completed promptly and efficiently. Staff were friendly, polite and respectful.

Five conservatory windows replaced with skill and care. The guys came on time, worked very efficiently and tidily and were very pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely recommend this company.

We recently order a large piece of glass for our greenhouse. Our request was handled quickly and glass delivered on the date estimated. The team who made the delivery, observed current social distancing measure and were courteous and extremely helpful.

We’ve used Mark Smith for bigger jobs in the past so it was good to see the same level of service for a small project too.

My windows look great! Mark Smith Glazing have done a good job with the supply and fit of two new bathroom windows. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after them. No complaints at all.

We had a pair of old French windows replaced and a window above. Mark came and measured up for an estimate and we were given an approximate date for fitting. This was confirmed and the work done on time to a very high standard.

We needed an emergency repair for an old pane of glass in a sash and case window (and not for the first time!). I emailed Mark Smith late one night with a photo; we received a reply first thing in the morning and they were able to come carry out the repair the next working day. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job, and we are very happy. Excellent service once again, having had a similar repair required twice already over the years. I have used Mark Smith Glazing on a number of occasions now and have always found them great to work with. They are prompt at responding to requests and the staff are all very polite and helpful. The windows have all been fitted on time and without any issues. When one window needed a minor adjustment this was carried out quickly and without any hassle.
