Three replacement windows, previously a front door installed. Have nothing but praise. Very helpful, work done on time to a high standard.

We were extremely impressed with the work by Mark Smith glazing to fit and finish new PVC double glazed sash windows throughout our house. The end finish is excellent, and they were extremely organised, neat and efficient throughout.

3 windows replaced in conservatory. Initial contact was positive and polite. Mark called next day to undertake estimate and his quote was very competitive. Windows were ordered and work undertaken on agreed date. The fitter was prompt, efficient and tidy.
The end to end experience was excellent and if the need arises I will definitely be using Mark Smith again.

Only issue was having to wait a while for an appointment to replace a very large double glazed fixed “door”with a shattered outer pane. Otherwise very happy with standard and quality of service. As it was an insurance claim I can’t really comment on the value for money but I have used Mark Smith in the past as a private customer and have always been satisfied with the results.

Amazing Service from Mark Smith Glazing!
One of my bedroom windows had a build up of condensation which was causing mold on the frame. I was recommended by many to contact Mark Smith Glazing and they seemed to be the popular choice on a group chat. I was not disappointed!
Mark himself advised, they will be able to resolve this by replacing the glass and a trickle vent to be put in to prevent future re-occurrence of this.
Very reasonably priced and the job was done in a timely fashion. They even went out their way to fix my letterbox, which was loose for years! Very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend :)

After being let down by some other glazing companies I approached Mark to get a quote for secondary glazing. I spoke with the very friendly office manager who arranged an appointment that week. Mark came out to measure up - he was prompt, polite and professional and I had the quote emailed to me in the time he promised. The work was carried out to a very high standard, by two professional installers and I will be using their services again for additional secondary glazing work. Highly recommended.

Replaced one "blown" double glazing unit and two window handles. Arrived on time to estimate and also to complete the works. Have used this company before (several years ago to replace a vandalised window) and, should the need arise, I'd have no hesitation in using them again.

New windows. Work was done on date as arranged, everything was tidied up by the workmen. There was one slight hiccup but this was dealt with promptly, no excuses, just sincere apologies.

We had a cracked window due to local fire and needed a quote for insurance followed by a fairly urgent repair. I emailed Mark Smith Glazing Ltd and was contacted straight back by Fiona who was super helpful on dealing with the requirement. A rough quote was provided from our details then confirmed by Brian who subsequently carried out the repair.

The whole process was seamless, efficient and friendly with Brian turning up on time for both appointments. Fiona is a great contact point.

Mark and his team were brilliant in every regard. They responded quickly to my initial query, gave a very competitive quote, turned up on time every time and had a lovely friendly manner. Other companies I spoke to initially stated that I couldnt get secondary glazing and still have working shutters. Mark smith have done two houses for me now double glazing windows front and back doors , garden room and I can say they are excellent and very clean and tidy and the materials used are top quality I have never had a problem with anything they have ever done and wouldn’t use anyone else .

Had 5 uPVC windows installed after my original wooden framed ones were rotting away. Had already had issues from another glazing company fitting 2 other windows a few years ago so was wary and did a lot of research before contacting Mark Smith glazing to fit the rest. I couldn't find any negative reviews and I can see why.
They were very prompt to come and do all the measuring up and the guys fitting the windows did a cracking job.
I'll definitely be getting in touch soon to get a new front door fitted once I've saved up again!

I've had the sash and case windows in my flat replaced with double glazing (with incorporated astragal grids to replicate the traditional look). I initially had the windows at the front done to reduce noise, now that I'm working from home, but was sufficiently happy to then go on and get the back ones done too.

The company were easy to deal with and made a quick, clean job of the installation. The product is great, and comes with the same 10-year guarantee that certain big name providers were offering at twice the price.

A good product and customer experience at a good price.
