Mark came round himself and gave us advice about what we should do to improve the glazing in our flat. Other companies had been recommending expensive double glazing products but Mark said we would be better off using single glazing - which was sigificantly cheaper but would maintain our original windows and solve our draught problem. We were really impressed by Mark's professionalism and that he would recommend a cheaper option rather than push us as other firms had done into more expensive and potentially less good options.

The glazing itself is excellent, v discrete and keeps our house nice and warm now.

The door fitting survey was carried out promptly and I received an estimate for the work proposed which I accepted readily.
The two composite door fitters arrived when agreed and their heads were down until they had finished the job.

I had my single glazed windows upgraded to double and following a number of quotes I decided to go for Mark Smith Glazing, due to the competitive quote returned and the positive reviews that I had read.

Prior to the works, their team was very responsive and all preparatory information was provided in a timely fashion. The installation team were: on-time each day, very efficient, tidy, friendly and respectful throughout the work. I was working from home throughout the works and the whole process caused me virtually no disruption. The workmanship was excellent and with the job being completed on time and to budget I couldn't have really asked for more!

In summary, I was very satisfied with the whole experience of dealing with Mark Smith Glazing. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering having double glazing fitted.

An aging sun room with rotting wooden frames and partial double glazing was renewed with modern pvc windows.
The exterior was covered with shiplap cladding.
The result is stunning and we are beyond delighted.

The glazing team carried out the replacement of all the windows, doors and sliding door of our 4 bedroom house. Did an excellent job and were committed to fix any minor glitches prior to final payment.

Just had new sliding doors fitted to replace patio doors with fixed panes either side and I can’t believe the transformation. Really delighted with the product and service. Mark came to measure up, quote was emailed promptly and once accepted a fitting date was booked in.
