Three replacement windows, previously a front door installed. Have nothing but praise. Very helpful, work done on time to a high standard.

Had received previous quote for replacement windows - salesperson stayed for 3 hours. Marks team were in house for max 30 mins, they surveyed, took measurements and emailed quote next day, No hard sell. Speed of installation was super quick. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I needed new DG window hinges fitted at short notice. After sending an email explaining the position Mark called me, advised on the requirements and the cost. He arranged for a workman to call within 48 hours who completed the job to my full satisfaction.

Have had new front and back doors fitted plus 2 Windows and one which is due to be done.

I have been very happy with the quality of the work done. Good contact, by e-mail and phone. Fitters were professional, knew what they were doing, answered all of my questions and cleaned up everything before they left.

All staff on phone and in the office in Portobello are friendly and informative.
Prices are good (for the same work I was quoted c£1500 more from a Morningside Firm)

I had 2 mirrored wardrobes replaced which were in a terrible state!! They were done within 2 days of me asking for them to be repaired. The guys were friendly and professional and took the doors away and replaced them same day, in fact same morning! Excellent service and will be highly recommended by me !

3 windows replaced in conservatory. Initial contact was positive and polite. Mark called next day to undertake estimate and his quote was very competitive. Windows were ordered and work undertaken on agreed date. The fitter was prompt, efficient and tidy.

We contacted Mark Smith Glazing to obtain a quote to replace our old Sash & Case single glazed windows, we decided to opt for 'vertical slider' type as replacement double glazed units.

The quote from MSG arrived promptly, was extremely detailed and very competitive (we also obtained quotes from 2 other local glazing companies). The windows themselves are of excellent quality considering how keen the price was. The installers arrived on the scheduled date, carried out their work to a high standard leaving a neat looking finish with any intallation mess fully cleaned up. Overall we are extremely pleased with the product and service we received from Mark Smith Glazing and would highly recommend them.
