Mark Smith Glazing provides professional domestic and commercial glazing services across Edinburgh and the Lothians. We specialise in high-quality uPVC windows and doors, secondary glazing, and commercial glazing solutions.
Our uPVC range includes front and back doors, French and patio doors, sliding doors, real wood grain sash and case, tilt & turn, fully reversible and casement windows – all energy efficient, secure, and low maintenance.
We supply and install made-to-measure secondary glazing (horizontal, vertical, hinged and lift-out systems), ideal for noise reduction, listed buildings and conservation areas.
Our commercial glazing services cover shop fronts, entrances, replacement units, safety glass, fire-rated glass and same-day repairs.
We also offer composite, timber, aluminium and Crittall-style glazing, plus specialist glass, mirrors, splashbacks and repairs.

Very happy with the design and installation of 9 windows. High quality products. 6 upvc and 3 white hardwood windows in our renovated main door flat . Increased comfort in the flat looks excellent and matches original Victorian appearance in a modern way.

Really pleased with Mark Smith Glazing. We wanted a custom made mirror for our bathroom - quite a large awkward shape. They came out quickly, measured up and we had the mirror fitted within a couple of weeks and it looks great. Staff were friendly and polite and the installers were great too.

We needed an emergency repair for an old pane of glass in a sash and case window (and not for the first time!). I emailed Mark Smith late one night with a photo; we received a reply first thing in the morning and they were able to come carry out the repair the next working day. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job, and we are very happy. Excellent service once again, having had a similar repair required twice already over the years. Highly recommend Mark Smith Glaziers.

We recently had seven windows replaced by Mark Smith Glazing. This is our third time using them. The team installing the windows were fantastic and the customer service is always very friendly. We are very happy with the windows. There was a very slight issue with the hinge on one of the windows and a replacement part was quickly organised and fitted without any question. The windows are of nice quality and good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend their team.

Whilst I was a bit shocked by price of windows, mark smith quote was consistent with other providers. All the staff were very professional and polite and each request was dealt with quickly and professionally. In terms of fitting, the job was quick and efficient and the men left very little mess. Windows are great - definitely notice the difference in sound proofing and heat retention and they look beautiful. Will probably use mark smith again for future projects. Thanksb

Mark smith have done two houses for me now double glazing windows front and back doors , garden room and I can say they are excellent and very clean and tidy and the materials used are top quality I have never had a problem with anything they have ever done and wouldn’t use anyone else .
