Once the job was completed, Andrew contacted us to confirm that we were happy with the workmanship before we received his account.

Andrew is professional and reliable. He gave me all the knowledge of what and why I needed things done. He installed a new fusebox and smoke alarms and sockets for me, adhering to industry standards, while also adhering to the COVID guidelines.
His aftercare was great, the new fusebox picked up a fault straight away and Andrew came back and fixed it a day later.
Have already recommended Andrew to family and will continue to do so.

Various work done- installation of new sockets at various sites, new kitchen LED lights, fix of a longstanding issue with bedroom ceiling light etc. Both electricians undertaking the work were friendly, helpful and efficient. They arrived on time and the whole process of organising the job was seamless and very efficient. Delighted all round and I wouldn't hesitate to contact the team at Lumen again for any future electrical work. Thanks again.

I had an emergency issue in which all my plug sockets stopped working one morning. After failed attempted to recifity the issue and no apparent trip on the fuse box I contacted Andrew.
He was able to troubleshoot over the phone, diagnose the problem and identify the appropriate part required to rectify the issue. He provided a clear outline of quote prior to commencement of work and arrived very promptly following our phone call having purchased the appropriate new part . He was happy to answer any queries and explained the issue clearly. Professional and efficient work undertaken. Would highly recommend.

Andrew at Lumen installed new kitchen lighting for me (both under-cupboard LEDs and ceiling pendants), plus installed a new double plug socket in a cupboard and rewired an existing light switch. He prepared a detailed estimate for me and offered a range of appointment times. His work was well priced and meticulously carried out. He spent a long time to get the details and finish just right, and even vacuumed up afterwards! Any questions I had were answered and queries followed up very quickly. I would highly recommend his services for any job, big or small.

Andrew replaced a cooker hob for me in my rental property and then installed smoke alarm systems to comply with landlord regulations. I gave him the tenant's numbers and he made arrangements directly with them. They were impressed with the service provided, and the finished result. I would definitely call on him again, for any electrical job.
