Impressed with efficiency of Lumen Electrical in getting a quote out quickly and online booking confirmation. Electrician was friendly and knowledgeable about the new rules and undertook the work well and in a short space of time.

It's the 2nd time I've used Lumen. I like that I can email and Andrew gets back to me in a timely manner and his guys turn up when they're meant to! Efficiently sends invoice the same day so I can pay promptly. Craig arrived this time with his mask and was socially distant. Had the job done in good time, too. Always pleasant to deal with.

So happy with the work done! Andrew picked up the phone late on a Friday, didn't seem at all phased when I explained that I was very much hoping to have a new dining table light installed in time for guests coming the following Friday, said it should be possible and made it happen for a very reasonable price. Craig came and did a fantastic job, performing keyhole surgery on the ceiling in order to install the light in a different position to the old one. I would never have believed it would be possible to change the position of a light so cleanly and incur such minimal damage! He was friendly, efficient, very easy to communicate with. I could not be more delighted – I very highly recommend Lumen and will certainly contact them again in future.

Lumen Electrical provide an excellent service. Andrew always responds quickly to initial enquiries and you get a date for the work in good time. They always turn up when they say they will - Conor is really pleasant and leaves the place very tidy. Andrew is really good at discussing with you what you need, giving sensible advice and finding the best solution to your electrical problems.

Andrew from Lumen fit me into his schedule quickly, came promptly and worked quickly. He explained what he was doing and also took the time to take me through some details of other electricals in my flat as I had recently moved in. He was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be contacting them again if I have any other electrical issues.

Power supply was renewed to sitting room light & single socket converted to double socket.
The first job was complex but Craig persevered until the problem was resolved.
This was the second time I had used Lumen and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

After a fuse blew in my flat, all the electricity cut out and my fridge/freezer, oven and all the power sockets switched off. I called Lumen Electrical Services and they talked me through how to sort the problem myself. It was so simple! I had panicked and they were so lovely and held on the phone call until the electricity was back on again. I'll be keeping their number on standby for the next time I need to call an electrician.
