I had a new fuse box and wall sockets installed along with some old wiring/electric meter removed the first time I used Lumen. They did which a great job, I had them come back to install some ceiling lights and remove wall lights from my lounge. I have been completely satisfied with the work they have done. I received constant communication of who and when they’d arrive. The electrician arrived on time, kept me informed and left my house with no mess. I would highly recommend Lumen. They are well priced, professional, reliable and friendly. What more could you ask for?

This was the second time we have used this company. They arrived promptly as arranged and went through all the proposed work in detail prior to starting. All our questions were addressed with knowledge and efficiency.
Once the job was completed, Andrew contacted us to confirm that we were happy with the workmanship before we received his account.
As a company they are a pleasure to deal with and we would certainly recommend their services.

We had a LED ceiling pendant light whose cables needed shortened and dimmer switch installed. Lumen responded quickly to our request for a quote, arranged a date and time to do the work within a few days of this, arrived on time and were polite and professional. We are very satisfied customers who would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Provided fixes to electrical issues and installing new heater. Connor was very helpful and communicated what was needed and along with apprentice Jack worked to a high standard - cleaning up as they went along.

Exceptionally kind and prompt with the electrical work but spent +1hrs trying to fix something non electrical. If they had pointed it out to me I would have told them to leave it but instead I was stuck with quite an expensive bill for the extra time. Otherwise lovely lads.

Lumen upgraded our outside lighting after we moved house. Andrew's initial site visit was helpful and he had some useful ideas. The job was done with cheerful efficiency on the day agreed and we are very happy with the finished result.

I contacted Lumen to get my new smoke alarms installed. I have also used them previously when I had a problem with my kitchen lights that two other electricians couldn't fix - Craig identified the issue straight away and fixed it for me. The office are always very quick to respond and book you in, and Craig the electrician is very friendly, punctual, and does a super job. Booking and invoicing was always swift and straightforward. Highly recommended - I wouldn't use any other electrician.

Smoke detectors etc supplied and fitted to comply with new legislation. Good advice given and job very promptly done. Electrician was polite and efficient and explained clearly how wireless system worked. We have used Lumen Electrical in the past and would recommend.

Lumen Electrical swapped out our old electric oven for a new one, including installing new sockets and some wiring. All done efficiently and courtesy. Arrived on time, and bill charged was the amount quoted, no hidden surprises.

Excellent work carried out for light fittings in kitchen. Andrew turned up when he said he would and was tidy, efficient and safe. More recently I asked Andrew to replace my smoke alarms with interlinked ones. Rather than accept the job and charge me, Alan suggested the alarms may already be interlinked and explained how I would check. This proved to be the case, saving me several hundred pounds - thanks to Andrew's knowledge and honesty.
