Completed a number of jobs around my flat as part of renovation works including fitting new LED ceiling lights in hallway and bathroom; installing new induction hob, oven and chimney extractor hood; movement of sockets, rewiring and replacement of socket covers. Came back a number of times to complete the works. Very happy with the results.

The electricity cut out in part of the house and as it wasn't the usual tripped switches I needed an electrician to check it out. Lumen electricals responded quickly and made a same day appointment. The electrician arrived on time, was polite, pleasant and explained everything thoroughly whilst sorting out the problem and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for any future electrical issues. Very happy with the service provided.

I had an emergency issue in which all my plug sockets stopped working one morning. After failed attempted to recifity the issue and no apparent trip on the fuse box I contacted Andrew.
He was able to troubleshoot over the phone, diagnose the problem and identify the appropriate part required to rectify the issue. He provided a clear outline of quote prior to commencement of work and arrived very promptly following our phone call having purchased the appropriate new part . He was happy to answer any queries and explained the issue clearly. Professional and efficient work undertaken. Would highly recommend.

Two main jobs: replacing ancient fuse box with modern circuit breaker board; upgrading plug sockets in four rooms so that where there was previously only one there would now be two.

Tenement walls meant there were a number of surprises along the way- particularly in removing the old fuse box which appeared to have been rather 'creatively' installed. Andrew worked tirelessly from 9am to nearly 7pm, cleaning up as he went along and being unobtrusive yet friendly. Made me feel very at ease.

Andrew responded to my initial enquiry very promptly and quickly arranged a mutually convenient date to call.

He explained what he was doing as he went along, which I much appreciated. He was obviously interested and up to date with all the latest requirements and standards.
He identified several minor faults and fixed them there and then, saving the need for further visits.
He also fitted a new powerpoint for the extractor hood, and connected a wall light in the living room. He supplied and fitted new bulbs for several lights in the property.
He supplied an EICR certificate for the property.

I was very satisfied with the work, and found him a pleasant person to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Earth bonding of the gas meter was efficiently and neatly carried out. The work was promptly carried out and I was very impressed with the clean up afterwards. Would definitely use again the future and recommend.
