Excellent service. I called on a Saturday morning and Andrew was at my house within 90 minutes. He was pleasant and helpful, taking the time to explain a couple of points I raised. On the initial call, he explained his prices clearly so I knew immediately the cost and there were no surprise, hidden additions (and no VAT). His billing system was clear and simple to use. I would recommend Andrew and will be using him again.

Andrew installed a new fuse box, hob and light fitment for me. All his prior communication was prompt and very helpful. I was able to arrange a day for the work that was suitable for me and Andrew arrived on time. I found Andrew to be very conscientious about his work which he did to a very high standard. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Lumen Electrical Services Ltd. I contacted Lumen to install a new electric hob. To replace the existing hob, the worktop aperture had to be widened.

Andrew was very friendly and efficient. A quote for the work was given promptly and a work date arranged soon thereafter. On the day, he phoned in advance to let me know when he would arrive (which was handy as I could nip home from work to let him in) He arrived on time and carried out the work as quoted.
