I called Lumen out to install a ceiling light and replace a plug socket. Andrew arrived promptly and carried out the work professionally and efficiently. I have used Lumen previously and received the same high standard of work. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them in future for any other electrical work.

Lumen was recommended to me by a friend. Andrew came around shortly after I contacted Lumen to inspect the work required and give me a price and timescale. The work started on the agreed date and time. Craig came to install a new power socket and move an existing light switch, which proved to be very tricky in view of the structure of the walls. He worked hard with Andrew's input to ensure a satisfactory result with minimal damage to existing wall structures, repaired the plasterboard where required and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the result and the price and will certainly use Lumen again for any further electrical work in my flat. Highly recommended!

Lumen upgraded the lighting in our block to LED. Everything was seamless from start to finish. The quickest to provide a quote and also the most reasonable. Work completed the next week and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for high quality, timely and reasonably priced electrical work.

Lumen have carried out a couple of small repair jobs for us, replacing sockets and switches etc. Service is very prompt and efficient, communication is great, they turn up when they say they will, and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend.

They came out the same day for a look at the work and to give a quote and were easy and flexible to book in for the work to be carried out. Andrew came out at short notice one Saturday to investigate a problem and advised that our kitchen hob needed to be replaced. We ordered a hob from Currys and asked them to install it. They did not do so, in part because the installer said the electrical cable was not the right size. We called Andrew and he came round within 20 minutes and he installed the hob for us. There was no problem with the cable! Would definitely recommend him to other householders.

Our immersion heater had stopped working so we asked Andrew to come and have a look. He was able to come the next day and he quickly found the fault (which turned out to be quite minor). Very efficient service and great value for money. Would call Andrew again for any electrical work needed.

Replaced kitchen spot lights with LED sealed units. Very good quality of work and service. Cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful in doing some other smaller jobs that needed doing.

I wanted some new drop pendant lighting in my kitchen and also need some new sockets in two different rooms. Me being utterly useless when it comes to anything DIY related, I needed a electrician who was reliable, patient but also got the look I was going for with the lighting and could talk me through it all. Andrew was just awesome; all of those qualities and just a genuinely nice professional guy. From the consultation to email communication to doing the actual jobs, he was faultless and I am really happy with the work.
