Andrew was very prompt at replying to my query and was available the same day. He arrived on time and was able to fix my problem wall lights on the spot. Andrew is personable, knowledgable and a tidy worker. I am very pleased with his service and am happy to recommend and use him again. His rate is good and his charge for equipment was very reasonable. So nice to have lights working in my kitchen again!

Absolutley perfect job.
Upgrade to new Mains box and installation of 4 Sun Ray Electric Radiators and a very high quality Terma Towel Ray Heater. The guys arrived exactly when they said they would. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Nothing to tidy up afterwards. Great to get a talk through of the new Mains box and very pleased that that all the elements from the old Mains were now properly and sensibly wired. Very happy with the price, exactly as estimated and very reasonable.
Recommended from a friend and would recommend them to anyone else looking to get a high quality job at a fair price completed.

Lumen upgraded our outside lighting after we moved house. Andrew's initial site visit was helpful and he had some useful ideas. The job was done with cheerful efficiency on the day agreed and we are very happy with the finished result.

We contacted Lumen Electrical Services after having been let down by another electrican. Andrew provided us with a detailed estimate and was able to attend to the job quickly. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally thought, but Andrew explained each step and proposed workable alternatives when the original plan wasn’t going to work. Extremely high level of workman ship on the entirety of the job and Andrew and Craig were meticulous in tidying up after completing the job.
Hugely impressed and happy with the works and would highly recommend; we will definitely be using Lumen Electrical Services for any future electrical work.

Lumen installed a new Fusebox, while adhering to the current Covid-19 safety working measures. I had sauna stove replaced in my flat. Made inquiry which for i got very quick reply, then organized the date for swap. Very quick to get worker to come and replace broken one + remove any working elements which was great bonus! Even better that was able to help with couple unrelated issues which were completed.

Andrew has done a few jobs for us - fitting new sockets in a cupboard and running new circuits for our kitchen. He's always shown up when arranged, been polite and left the place looking tidy. He obviously takes pride in his work and likes things to look neat.
I've recommended Andrew to a few people now and certainly wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future. Really nice guy to deal with.

He explained what he was doing as he went along, which I much appreciated. He was obviously interested and up to date with all the latest requirements and standards.
He identified several minor faults and fixed them there and then, saving the need for further visits.
He also fitted a new powerpoint for the extractor hood, and connected a wall light in the living room. He supplied and fitted new bulbs for several lights in the property.

Work undertaken was the replacement of kitchen lights following water coming in from the flat above and the installation of a fuse box. Andrew was very helpful and courteous. Work was completed to high professional standard and was fairly priced. I didn't know anything about Lumen Electrical Services prior to contacting Andrew but I'm so glad I did so. I was very impressed by the service and highly recommend their work.
