Paul replaced lights above the worktop in the kitchen. He arrived when he said he would, carried out the work efficiently and left everything tidy.
This is the second time Paul has done work for us and we have recommended him to friends who were equally delighted with what he did for them.

Problems with heat sensor battery. Contacted Paul out of hours and he gave us good advice to temporarily solve the issue and arrived promptly the next day and quickly sorted out the problem. We have used East West Electricals many times in the past and always found the service to be excellent. He always deals with our lack of knowledge of electrical issues with patience and understanding.

Phoned Paul asking him to recommend replacing existing panel heaters in one of my properties, he suggested that I use Rointe heaters and explained the benfits of using them compared to other suppliers in the market. Quote was sent the following day and I told him to place the order, delivered within 3-5 days, will certainly use Paul again for any future projects.

Paul arrived as stated. Kitchen socket had been wired incorrectly and had blown causing other sockets/power to key white goods to stop working. Paul explained what had happened, very knowledgeable and made the work needed straight forward to do. Paul kept me updated as he completed the work. All works done successfully.
