I had my bathroom done ,I was so happy with Darren and his work I went back to him to help with some urgent adjustments in my home .

Darren was great he is 100% reliable,friendly,he listened carefully to what I wanted,and ensured that my requests were met .The bathroom was completely to a very high standard , communication was good and when work was started it was completed within the timescale that had been stated,he was respectful of my home ,I was very happy with every aspect of working with Darren
So much so that when I had a change of circumstances and needed some emergency adjustment made to my home I went back to Darren he immediately understood situation and was sympathetic fitting the work in to an already busy schedule.
I have absolutely no hesitation in saying I have 100% confidence in this business and look forward to continuing to work with Darren ,iam not easily impressed but iam impressed with Darren !

Darren took on my kitchen refit when I had been let down by a previous fitter. I’m located on the second floor of a tenement so not the easiest to access. He came out to inspect the job returning with an electrician and plumber before giving me a quote.
While waiting for the job to start, Darren was very responsive and kept me informed of the start date.
The scope of the works involved removing the old kitchen, levelling the floor, moving services due to a new layout, fitting of the new kitchen and tiling.
Some bespoke joinery was created to house in the boiler and a window seat with storage.
I’m very happen with the standard of work done and Darren’s professionalism overall. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I honestly don't think I can put into words how impressed we were with Darren. From start to finish Darren was the most professional and reliable genius we have met. Nothing is too big a job for Darren and he keeps you fully updated every step of the way. This was quite a big job, basically upgrading a whole house which had not been touched for many years, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, all new flooring and much more. He had such an amazing approach with an understandably anxious pensioner saying he was moving her into modern living and making her feel relaxed during the whole process. All of the tradesmen that Darren brought onto the job were also amazing and we have asked them back for additional work. We have already asked Darren back to do other works and would not go to anyone else now. If I could give him 100 out of 10 I would. Thank you so much for what you did.

Darren came to our rescue when another company pulled out at the last minute. He was reliable in all his communications from the start, which was one of the main reasons we chose him over others. He also gave us a very reasonable and very detailed quote.

Darren fitted a whole new shower, replaced the flooring in our hallway and fitted a new kitchen sink and tap. He was reliable and very tidy. He also advised us on how to best approach the project (and very kindly was available when we needed help buying the materials), as we had never done anything like this before. The end result is fantastic.

We are very lucky to have found Darren, and are sure to use him for other projects in the future.

Darren built a new fence and did an attractive and excellent job. He was punctual and communicated with myself and my neighbour throughout the work.

Firstly he came to measure the space and let us see samples of the wet walls we were considering and gave recommendations on specific materials.
We ordered a bigger bath than was originally in place and Darren advised switching our sink/vanity to give us more space and this was definitely the right choice so we appreciated the knowledge and suggestions!
The job was completed in the time he said it would take and everything was finished off to a high standard.
At the end of each day the room was tidied up so there wasn't any mess left.

Darren is a very friendly guy and easy to work with. Once we had all the parts the full bathroom refit was completed quickly. They say a picture speaks a thousand words, and so I leave you with image, which very much speaks for itself. And saves me some writing;)

Darren recently refurbished our main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom and we are very pleased with the results. He is very friendly and approachable, and he consulted us throughout the work, suggesting ways of improving the layout and finish of the rooms.

During the work, Darren was unfortunately let down at very short notice by his previous regular tiler, but Darren recovered the situation by finding a good alternative tiler in a short timescale, which minimised the delay for us.

The new bathrooms are lighter, brighter and more modern looking - we are very pleased.

Darren is a lovely man he is friendly and he kept us fully informed from start to finish during the completion of our new kitchen he was on time and tidied up after himself l was expecting a really stressful experience but thanks to Darren it was not I am delighted with his professionalism and high standards of workmanship I have a few more jobs for Darren to complete for me and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I had to have a new ceiling installed into the bathroom and also the wall re plastered due to a leak from the flat upstairs.
I had to wait a while for the job to be done. However, it was carried out very quickly and competently by Darren and his plasterer once we had the date. It was a super job - everything completed in one day and we are very happy with the quality and value. Many thanks

Darren was initially hired to install our kitchen for us, after seeing the quality of his work we quickly asked him to take on a few other jobs we had been considering.

We have used DS Joinery for a kitchen installation previously, however, on this occasion it was to remove and dispose of old double glazing ( 9 windows) . Darren installed the new double glazing , supplied and installed a new internal porch door and a new backdoor, including all the joinery and dry wall installation and new UPVC window ledges throughout.

At the end of each day the work area was swept and hoovered. We are already thinking about a further project to replace the internal doors , and I would have no hesitation in getting DS Joinery back in for this work.

We required a small pump room a commercial premises to be stripped out to its bare shell and refitted. Darren removed all panelling and fitted new impervious sheeting to the entire area working alongside our plumbing guys. Excellent workmanship, walls are true, perfectly aligned and properly finished.

Darren did a great job in rehauling or kitchen. He was installed engineered wood floor throughout our living room and hall. 4 months on, everything is still looking perfect. Darren paid a lot of attention to detail and was able to advise when we ran into any issue. Both the electrician and plumber he works with are also clearly well experienced and we are very happy with the services they provided.

Darren fitted our kitchen and utility room and we are very pleased with the end result.
He was professional, trustworthy and transparent throughout the job, always keeping us in the loop with the decisions that had to be made. He is also really friendly and easy to get on with.
Darren also found us a great decorator to paint the kitchen and utility room once his work was done and has a great network of tradespeople to call upon if the need arises.
100% would go to Darren for any future work in our flat.

A previous builder had made a complete mess of stud wall and tiling of a toilet / shower room. I found Darren via trusted trader and was not disappointed. He is a busy man and has to be booked well in advance.
The work involved was total stripping out of a double tiled wall, removal of plasterboard, wedi board, and much of the poor quality stud timber work and replacing same. The tiling work was done by another tradesman, Graham, who also furnished first class work.
Both Darren and Graham were very tidy so I was not left with lots of mess to clear up.
I give a "4" rather than "5" for Value for Money as I do not have a good yardstick to make a judgement.
I have no hesitation in recommending Darren (and indeed Graham) to future customers.
