Business Information
We are a family run business with over 40 years experience in the trade which equips us to supply an excellent service to our clients. We are qualified in plumbing, domestic gas work and un-vented water heaters and we are fully insured. We currently carry out work for private householders, Landlords, Letting agents, Holiday Lets, Cinemas, Shops & Theaters. We are based in North West Edinburgh and serve all districts within Edinburgh and the surrounding area. We carry out new heating systems and boiler replacements, repairs and servicing. Our aim is to supply our Clients with a excellent, affordable plumbing & heating service that would encourage them to use our services time and time again.

Radiator moved across to a different wall, requiring pipes to be redirected up and around a doorframe and the old radiator removed. I had a visit from Jake Cullen beforehand who advised me on best options. Very professional and quick to answer emails.
The team were booked in within a week and arrived on time - the radiator they had bought had a couple of very small dents on it which were almost unnoticable. The team identified them and rectified it quickly - replacing the sides with new parts. Very efficient and clearly very high standards of work.
The tradesmen were friendly and professional - they did a great job - I am very happy with the result and the service I received and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Our first experience of using this firm. Although small jobs, the service provided was first class. Grant attended on both occasions. He was so pleasant and most professional. We cannot recommend this firm highly enough. A great find!

Cullen Plumbing provided great customer service. They came out to check the job and provide a quote very quickly and despite being busy were able to deal with problem within a reasonable time. I received numerous quotes from different companies and Cullen Plumbing were the most reasonable. We needed an old waste pipe to be removed from the external wall and the hole to be filled. The workmen was very professional and he was also the cleanest work man I've ever met! Something went wrong with the pipe whilst trying to fix the issue which added extra work and time on for him but he kept us informed and made sure the job was completed correctly and to a good standard. Very impressed with this company and will be recommending them to our family and friends

Excellent service from Cullen who were able to repair a broken waste pipe on the kitchen sink the same day that l phoned. Friendly, tidy worker and incredibly competitive price. Highly recommend this firm and will be using them again.

We had a new combi boiler and a radiator fitter. Jake Cullen explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions, and his plumber did a really good job. When problems cropped up, they dealt with them quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use their services again.

Had Tom out from Cullen Plumbers to refit a kitchen sink that a previous plumber had fitted and made a complete hash of. Tom did a really professional job and fitted the sink how it should have been fitted. Tom is very good plumber and based on his work I would highly recommend Cullen Plumbers and I will certainly use them again in the future.

Cullen Plumbing and Heating installed a new boiler in the kitchen after having the old one for many years and badly needing replaced. The work was carried out very professionally and to an exceptionally high standard by both Jake and Callum. They both arrived promptly and were polite, courteous and very informative explaining all aspects of the work at the different stages of the installation. Whilst the installation was being carried out the work area was always very clean and tidy and left spotless when the job had been completed. Extremely happy with the work and would definitely highly recommend them for any heating or plumbing work.

Lots of minor work - radiator leaks and fitting new kitchen tap. No matter it was a small job, everything explained and great attention to detail. Had to call out as an emergency later in the same day with a totally unrelated leaking radiator pipe below the floor. Prompt and efficient service. Would recommend the team to anyone!

During this time we have had regular services carried out on our boiler and water cylinder.
As well as a hot outside tap installed connected to the kitchen.
And a magnetic trap fitted to the boiler to ensure longevity.
All works were completed on time and in budget as quoted.
Appointments kept and prompt arrival on every occasion.
Staff member Grant has always been courteous and polite and takes the time to explain the works required and what has been carried out.
Work areas have always been left clean afterwards which is important to me.
They can be busy though so ensure you book ahead.
We look forward to using Cullen plumbing and heating for our future services and plumbing work.

The work to replace a leaking WC with a combined vanity unit was organised by e-mail and text from Spain for our friend whose health is not good. It could not have been completed more quickly and considerately - and at a good price. We´re all so pleased.

Extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Contacted on Monday, scheduled a visit for the Thursday. Cullen phoned Tuesday offering a visit that afternoon as one of their team had become free.
