Billy got in touch quickly after me emailing a query re washing machine repair. He arrived the next day and replaced the seal on the machine. Communication and efficiency superb.

I called Billy at 9.00am and he was at our house by 10am, admitadly due to a cancellation. He carried parts in his van so was able to replace the pump on the dishwasher and the fan on the oven there and then.

We contacted Billy from Oxford to help repair a cooker in our house in Edinburgh which is rented out. He replied promptly to our message on a Saturday evening then did the work on the bank holiday Monday. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and speedy. Happy to recommend.

Billy responded to my email very quickly and I only had to wait a day before he came to fix my oven which needed a replacement element.

Outstanding service from Billy. I called about our broken oven and he was out and had it fixed in less than two hours. He was professional and friendly and we would highly recommend him.

Washing machine inlet hose was blocked with dirty gritty water that had suddenly come in via our mains water. Billy answered my call immediately and arranged a time to visit. He arrived promptly and was able to clear the plumbing problem and get the washing machine working perfectly. I was very happy with his service and reasonably priced too.

Our 18mth old Bosch washing machine came up with an error code indicating that there was a leak.....this happened on Saturday morning at 9.30...I rang Billy at just after 10...and true to his word he arrived just after 1pm....he managed to have our machine up and running again in no time...we have used Billy in the past and we will certainly be keeping his number handy in case we need him again...thanks again Bill..enjoy the cakes .

When my washing machine broke down my usual repair company couldn't come out til Tuesday, they gave me BR Domestic' s number, he came out same day and managed to repair my machine. Charged what he quoted over the phone and tied up when the job was complete. Very impressed, will use again!

I have used Billy several times for different repairs. He is thoroughly reliable, arrives when he says he will, clean & efficient. A very trustworthy , friendly and professional wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. First class service.

Electric Cooker ring replaced. Mr Rutherford came at the arranged time.
He replaced a broken spiral ring on an old electric cooker.

This was not a particularly easy job, but he persisted and the replacement ring was tested and is working perfectly. He seemed very competent, with many years experience of domestic appliance repair work. I would definitely call him out again if needed, and recommend him to friends and family.

He was courteous and wearing work uniform, and took anti Covid 19 virus precautions, wearing a mask, having used antiseptic gel, and he thoroughly washed his hands before leaving.
