Replacement of grill element in electric cooker.
Grill "died" on Thurs. evening. Billy repaired it by mid morning on Friday.

Excellent response and service, especially considering these difficult times of Covid 19. Billy came out at short notice when my oven broke down. He was professional and friendly , operating within the social distancing guidelines and using gloves and a mask. After assessment I decided it might be better to replace the oven. He sourced a new oven in a couple of hours and returned to fit it. I would recommend him to anyone.

Haddington. I required assistance to replace the thermostat on my rangemaster oven. Billy attended when he said he would and gave me a quote and was punctual when returning to do the job, which was carried out promptly and professionally. My washing machine was spinning intermittently. Billy quickly came to have a look and was able to open the filter which was jammed. Unfortunately this didn’t solve the issue but Billy happily came back on 2 further occasions to try and get the machine working. Despite being unable to fix the machine (new one required) I would happily recommend Billy. His desire to solve the problem with repeat visits shows his commitment to customer satisfaction.

Billy provided a professional and dedicated service despite the current lockdown. We had an issue with the heating element in our oven, Billy arrived the following day and observed social distancing whilst wearing a mask and gloves an absolute plus for those who are vulnerable or may be uncomfortable with someone outwith your family coming into your home. Billy resolved the problem quickly and was very thorough. We would highly recommend using BR Domestic Appliance Specialist and will absolutely use in the future.

I phoned Billy as I had a washing machine breakdown, he came round the next day and fixed my machine. Very pleased indeed!

Identified and rectified a washing machine inlet hose leak. I have used this firm before for an excellent cooker repair and the engineer arrived this time within the hours stated. He soon identified the problem and helped clear up the mess of leaked water. I would definitely use this firm again for any domestic appliance repair and have already passed on his details to some neighbours in the nearby flats.

Delighted to have my washing machine door seal renewed this morning by Mr Rutherford, when others said that they couldn't do it. No problem thanks to his long experience. No mess left. Came on time too. Excellent.

Billy repaired my tumble drier. He arrived when he said he would, took the machine away to his workshop so as not to make a mess in my brand new utility (his idea, not mine). He repaired it the same day and again, arrived exactly when promised. Amazing service, thank you. I won’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Absolutely brilliant . Phoned back when he said and arrived on time. Explained about costs and call out fee on phone before arranging appointment. Very honestly explained on inspection that my dishwasher was too old to be worthwhile repairing . But did not tout for additional business . However, went above and beyond to help replace said machine, on my request, and all at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

Repair to door catch and oven light on Rangemaster Cooker. Emailed BR Domestic Appliances and received a prompt email back from Billy. This was on a Friday afternoon and Billy was on site on Monday morning. Extremely good and reasonably priced service from a very pleasant chap.

Billy checked out our washing machine as it was not spinning properly. He was very clear about his pricing. I phoned late in the day and he came round early the next morning. He worked out the issue and was very helpful. We would certainly use his services again.

I have used Billy in the past for my washing machine and have always found him very reliable. He is always helpful and a very tidy worker. I have recommended Billy to family and friends and he has never let me down. We called him last week to fit a cooker and he was here within an hour.

Washing machine had been leaking quite badly. I called BR and he was able to come out to look at the machine that day and found the problem. He ordered a new seal and came the next day to replace it. Service was excellent, very helpful, would highly recommend and would use again.

Billy provided a simply excellent service. He answered my initial call about a washing machine problem, explained the procedure for repair, gave an indicative cost and agreed to come the following day. Everything was repaired within a day of my initial call. The repair was a little more extensive however Billy had the spare part and also informed me of the additional work required. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Billy uninstalled my old dishwasher, which was hard wired to the electricity and left it outside my property. Once the new dishwasher was delivered outside my property, he came back and installed it. As I was getting the old dishwasher recycled via the company supplying the new dishwasher, it was important to me that Billy took out the old dishwasher before the new one arrived. He agreed times in advance and was very reliable, and he carried out a good job. As this was during the Covid19 lockdown, Billy wore a protective mask and gloves. I would recommend him.

Billy was punctual, pleasant and very experienced. He got direct to the problem with our oven and fixed it promptly, his costs were very reasonable.
