I found Billy on EGG where he was repeatedly recommended. He got back to my original message promptly, came the next day and fixed the washing machine on the spot. Called Billy out on Christmas eve to fix oven. He was there and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Great service.

Problem fitting a new oven element in my elderly mothers cooker (issues with spare
part fitting and access through back of cooker). Called Billy the afternoon before, and
with in 24hrs he arrived and fixed the element within 40mins. Especially impressed
with the way he conducted himself - so much so that he even tried to re-fit a door on one of my mothers kitchen unit despite him not being there to do it !!.
We always say we will use someone's services again when we fill out the after work
questionnaires - this is one of the instances where I will use them again. Will definitely be keeping Billy's business card in my wallet.
