I realised yesterday a bit on my hoover was broken - phoned Billy at lunchtime, he came and collected it yesterday afternoon and has been back to drop off the repaired hoover this morning. Amazing service, all the more appreciated at this time when we’ve to stay at home.

Called BR Domestic Appliance Specialist because I needed a Beko washing machine seal replaced as soon as possible. Billy came out the next day. What an amazing service. So efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, knew exactly what he was doing. Left no mess. Fully recommend him and this company to work on your appliances. Very good, fair price. Extremely profession.

Oven stopped working, and with the COVID-19 situation ongoing, we were worried it may be a while before it could be repaired. BR Domestic Appliance Specialist responded to our query on the same day and was with us the next day. The oven was replaced and is now working perfectly.

I always go to this trader, I use him for all my appliance repairs, to date he has repaired oven , dishwasher & washing machine.
He always answers calls & voicemails promptly, very reasonable prices. He arrives when he says he will. He is polite & respectful of property.
I called him at 9.45am this morning to book a repair, he was near me & said he could come after his current job, he has been & completed repair all by 11am. That is 5 star service.

Called BR Appliance specialist regarding a broken washing machine. Very professional service. Billy managed to come on the same day and fix it. Fast, efficient service. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend to others.

Billy helped us out when we had to replace our washing machine, he arrived when he said he would and did a great job. I would certainly recommend him.

We had a dishwasher fault, and rang BR, who gave us a quote, said he would attend that same day, and also inform us prior to attending. This he did.
Upon arrival he immediately got to work, and detected a problem with the dishwasher pump, a fault incidentally that he had not experienced previously. In his van stock he had a pump that was suitable for the machine, and fitted same. Our machine was up and running very soon afterwards.
All in all a great experience, and a competent professional approach to the task. Highly recommended.

Called on Sunday with a broken down washing machine, Billy came the next day and gave me a time slot. Very reasonable call out charge and went over the options with me before proceeding. Fixed the problem within 20 mins and called back later to check all was well. Excellent service and would recommend.

I needed to find someone to fix my daughter's washing machine as the door wouldn't open at the end of a wash cycle. I've used this Trusted Trader site to find contractors for several years now and the reviews for BR Domestic Appliance Specialist stood out a mile in this category. Billy was on holiday but arranged to fix the problem on the day he got back, and even called round to my daughter's workplace to pick up her keys to get access. The machine needed a new door kit which he already had in his van so he was able to complete the repair right away. This is first class service! Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
