I emailed Billy and received a prompt response. He came the next day to fix my dishwasher and oven. Excellent service and work.

My oven broke down on 23rd December. I had a very prompt response to my panicked phone call and then a call first thing in the morning to ensure that there would be time to fix my oven for Christmas. Very knowledgable and professional service. Will be using for any further servicing and repairs.

Great service from Billy Rutherford. Arrived on time and fixed our issue quickly and efficiently.

I had a new cooker fitted. I telephoned Domestic Appliance Repair Specialist on the
Wednesday, he bought the cooker for me and fitted it on the Thursday. Was delighted with the work done and would definitely recommend him.

Washing machine was leaking due to split door seal. A quote to supply and fit a new seal was provided the same day I called and a time arranged for the following day. Billy called in advance to check we would be in, arrived as arranged and completed the job. Very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Location of work carried out- Aberlady, East Lothian:
I booked Billy to service a dishwasher which hadn’t been used for sometime - and then extended the job to include the installation of an under counter oven and check the recent installation of a new washing machine. He had to re-do the electrical connection to oven.
Billy attended earlier than originally booked - which was very useful as were on a tight time frame and carried out all work very professionally. He took away the old appliance. We are totally satisfied with the work, the price and the communication. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Billy.

5 star service! Washing machine broke down.. Called Billy late afternoon and he came out very next day. Confirmed that the motor circuit board would be too costly to repair, so asked him if he could supply a new machine, which to my delight was delivered and plumbed in the very next day at a very reasonable price. Prompt, professional, courteous, reliable.. highly recommend!

We had a washing machine door seal replaced and while he was there the engineer gave us some helpful advice about an oven that was tripping the RCD

Amazing service.

My oven element had blown and after 1 quick call I had someone coming out the next day to have a look and fix it.

I was warned that he may not have the element I needed in stock (he did) and gave me a rough cost (turned out to be exact).

Came to the house and not only did he replace the element he gave it a health check for us.

My oven stopped working, and within 20 hours Billy had come and took less than an hour to repair and fit a new element. My oven was working again to allow me to bake for visitors the next day within 24 hours from my first phone call. Pleasant, efficient and helpful engineer who I can highly recommend.

The engineer turned up when he said he would, completed the job quickly and charged £15 less than he had quoted.
