Engineer arrived and fixed our problem, new element for boiler supplied and fitted for reasonable price, engineer explained issue and remedy provided, no problems at all and definitely recommended.

I contacted Allied through a recommendation and they were great. A cowboy tradesman left me in a mess with a renovation and Allied comprehensively sorted all the plumbing and gas work to a very high standard. Extremely good on communication and running through options before going ahead with any piece of the job. A nice bunch of guys, trustworthy and get the job done to a high standard. Would highly recommend!

We have now been using Allied Trade services for a number of years to service our boiler and check our gas hob. From making the appointment to the service we have received in our home we have always found the staff to be professional, reliable and extremely helpful. We feel that we are getting excellent value for money.

Replaced broken shower mixer bar and unblocked slow-draining shower. I really appreciate how quickly this job was set up and how helpful the team were. I received a call back within about an hour of making contact via the firm's website, a quote within a day, and the work was carried out a few days later. The plumber who attended was helpful, tidy and considerate, and took appropriate Covid precautions (mask, distancing etc). Everything was done in under an hour.

We needed an old shower and shower surround removed and replaced. Allied Trade came to give us an estimate. The estimator saw exactly what needed to be done and to our desired specification without hesitation. [ Another two firms we had contacted saw all kinds of ( non existent ) problems that had to be solved to do the job!] These were dismissed by Allied Trade and the estimate came the next day and was acceptable. Allied gave us full information for choosing our choice of panels which they would order and supply. They outsourced and ordered our chosen shower surround.
At the start of the work they came exactly on time and began work. Very soon an unexpected problem arose in the form of rotten joists caused by the old shower leaking over a period of time. We were assured it could be repaired and the damp corrected. This was done quickly and efficiently and the final completed shower shower unit and screen fitted to a high standard.
Colin and Jamie the fitters were on time every day and worked non stop. All debris was carefully removed. Throughout our dealing with Allied we were treated professionally, efficiently and always in a friendly manner.
We can happily and with confidence recommend Allied Trade.

First class and quick response to my leaking pipe. The enquiry was quickly answered with costs and an appointment date and time. Everything was fixed on time. A really neat job by Cameron in a very awkward spot to access. I highly recommend and will use again.

I had a leak fixed on some old communal pipework in my flat. The work was carried out very efficiently and was very impressed with their knowledge about all the old pipework and the problems involved, turning off the water in the street, contacting my neighbours about it etc. Any time I have ever phoned for help or advice they have been very quick to respond and always helpful. Brilliant receptionists as well who are also very knowledgeable!

I had a new shower cubicle fitted the first time I used Allied Trades. Since then I have had my boiler serviced twice and an emergency call out as I couldn't top up my boiler after an extended holiday. Cameron came out himself on the Sunday and remedied the situation. Any time I need a plumber/heating engineer, I always give them a call and they are always prompt and efficient and great value for money.

This is the second time I have used Allied Trade Plumbing and Heating. On both occasions they were able to check out the problem within a day of my call and all staff were professional, prompt and courteous . On this occasion, Kieran quickly detected the source of the leak, offered good advice and worked efficiently .

I have used this trader twice. On both occasions the service given has been first class. I shall certainly give its name to others.

I had Allied come out twice in 2 weeks for two separate issues. Both times they arrived within the specified time slot. The first issue was related to the boiler. The problem was quickly identified and a part was ordered and later fitted. The second issue was a leak to the toilet. On initial inspection the job looked to be a quick replacement of a washer but on further investigation there was a crack - the plumber had the parts on him and the job was completed. Both plumbers were polite and professional. Would recommend.

Would highly recommend for the quality of workmanship and the way the work was managed and carried out by very competent professionals unobtrusively. They did not just do the easiest thing for them but considered what would work out best for us.
