Very pleased with my blinds. Delivery and fitting timescale was exactly as notified at time of order. Fitting carried out quickly and efficiently with minimum mess. Will definitely use again and would not hesitate recommending to family and friends. Very good value for money.

I had 9 blinds fitted by this company and am pleased with the service provided.

In May I ordered a full house set of blinds 5x large wooden Venetian, 2x velux, 1x roller and perfect fit for patio doors. to be fitted in June. I paid £1890.

When they came to fit, 1x roller was missing and 2 velux were the wrong size. Perfect fit not perfectly fitted. I was told it would be rectified 1 week. After chasing and chasing I was finally given a date for 3 weeks after original fitting date. They didn’t show up and when they finally arrived another 2 days later some of the blinds were still the wrong size.

No show 27/06 & 28/06. Excuses given. Agreed to come out 10.30am 29/06. 2x velux were the wrong size…again. Complained assured be handled with urgency & handed £50 cash as a good will gesture.

Chased for update on 06/07. Excuses made chased again 21/07 told blinds arriving 26/07 & will arrange fit date. Chased again! 29/07 - agreed to fit them on 04/08 between 1pm-5pm. 04/08 arrives, 2x perfect fit are wrong size!! Promised to call on 08/08 with new update!! No call& I had to chase AGAIN on 12/08. Was this time told be in on 16/08 & fit next day, then another call later & they are now not arriving until 19/08!! supposed to have someone out Saturday 20/08 to sort it all out…

Everyone in the office I have spoken to have been extremely helpful, the most recent lady helped me out so much. The fitter however, or sales guy Craig, whatever his role is this week. ! Please do not be fooled by anything he says. I have said I won’t allow him back in here to fit after how I have been treated by him. The lies & the attitude yet he blames the office staff! No care taken when in home either! Shocking! & better yet, the owner knows & said he didn’t care, I mean why would you when you making that much money!!

I know that the blinds come from a supplier so they can only ask that they come quicker but other that that, service has been shambolic to say the least from the company.

Have used them twice now and they have been excellent will use them again if a have to get anything else done brilliant price and always on time respected the house they were working in

Got work done in bathroom and was told my blind no longer fitted . Call to see if it could be adjusted and Thomas came out and re fitted blind in minutes. Thanks so much

Really disappointing experience. After a year of going back and forth still left with blinds that are different colour.
Been told it is the lighting but there is nothing different about the lighting or shading at the window. Blinds are directly next to one another, literally cms apart, in exact same direction.
