So impressed. My alarm kept beeping and it was lasting hours. Phoned various people who were no help, but Mike called back and fixed the problem, I was very grateful. He went the extra mile!!

Conor came out to assess a broken roof tile, he provided a quote and fixed it within 10 minutes. Excellent service and value for money, would recommend and use again if any further roofing issues occur. Thank you.

Change from windows 10 to windows 11

Alex did a superb job on our elderly and very grubby carpets. He did the whole house including the staircase. We look as if we have a houseful of new carpets. He was very hard working an efficient.

Excellent work again from Lewis and Tom. Lewis provided me with a written estimate to repair my boiler and heating system, which I accepted, along with a date to carry out the work, checking that the date also suited me.
The work was carried out exactly as agreed. Highly recommended.

A new boiler installation was recently carried out by Chris, helped by Kaiden. They undertook further repairs which only became apparent during the installation and repaired some poor workmanship left by a previous installer from a different company and we appreciated this very much. They turned up for work as arranged, were very respectful of our home and left it as they found it but with a lovely new boiler. Chris spent time with us explaining how the installation would proceed and once done showed us how to use the controls etc.
We have used this company in the past and would certainly have no hesitation in appointing them again.

I have used XKY Energy Limited for many years to service my heat pump. Hanan and Sam are always helpful and professional.

XKYEnergy have been most helpful scheduling gas boiler services and a heat loss survey. Tibor has serviced our boiler several times now and offered helpful advice should we later upgrade to a heat pump.
