R3 Direct

I've been using R3 services for a few years now and find the fair and reasonable for projects. Quotes are simple and easy to understand and if more complex they send someone out to l9ok at the job.

I would recommend R3 for anything that cant be done by yourself, very satisfied with works completed.

We had grab rails fitted in our shower. R3 advised on the best type to install and also the angle they should be fitted for safety. We were very pleased in every respect. Tom was friendly, courteous and did an excellent job. R3 came when they said, did what was to be done and tidied up afterwards. Great to have a reliable local supplier.

A new storage heater was installed inclidin removal and disposal of the old one.
The electricin installer was ver polite efficient and every thig was kept very clean and tidy.

R3 have helped with most of the renovations of my house from fitting a shower, replacing doors, electrics, plastering, roofing and fitting a kitchen
Their work and planning of the work is excellent.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any job.

I had my bathroom changed to a wet room the workmen were really nice kept the disturbence to a minimum very clean and polite the new wetroom is done to a very high standard

I am delighted with my new kitchen. The workmen were amazing, in particular Finlay & MacAulay, their workmanship is superb. Keith and Jeremy did my electrics & plumbing & Jason has now done the little bit of tiling at the back of the hob. Some of the snagging has been done, just small adjustments.

The guys were clean and efficient workers – they consulted me at all stages where my input was need – e.g. the new height of the dropped hob unit to accommodate me in my wheelchair. I had not been able to use my hob for many years as it was too high for safety. The same applies to the below-sink space – we discussed ideas as to what was the best option – e.g. I needed space for my knees and feet/footplate while at the sink and needed to be able to shut away my cleaning materials.

At all times the workmen were kind, considerate and accommodating of my needs.

I would certainly recommend them – the quality of the work was excellent and the units supplied were very smart. (See photos)

After a negative experience with another company who failed to fix an issue with our boiler leaving us with no hot water for an extended period, we turned to R3 Direct and our experience with them was excellent.

They came out the day I contacted them, identified the problem and quickly worked to fix it. We received great customer service from their tradespeople and call agents who kept us informed throughout the work. I would use this company again and certainly recommend them to others.

We contacted R3 Direct to repair our bathroom shower which had resisted our own efforts. The plumber arrived on time. He was very polite, quick and efficient. Although we had expected that at least part of the shower would have to be replaced, he was able to deal with the problem with having to resort to this.

We had a wetroom installed. Wow what a team, day one the bathroom was gutted ready for all the tradesmen to do their parts. All waste removed daily.
Toilet was plumbed back in at the end of every shift and everything tidied up.
Special mention to Paul the joiner who was professional throughout and coordinated all the jobs and so hard working.
It was completed by day 5 and looked amazing. Can't thank the R3 team enough. Well done lads for a fantastic job.

So impressed with all the work we have had done by R3. The process is so easy, from first contact to finishing the job. Even when there was a slight blip in organisation, everybody went out of their way to help find a solution which worked well. Plumber, joiner and decorator were all great. We would definitely use again next time.

This is the second time I have had some small electrical work done. Previously I suggested that the price seemed a bit high for the work done but I am now familiar with the way the jobs are costed and my earlier comments were perhaps a little unfair. Based on my most recent experience I felt I received value for money and the response was very prompt. The electrician turned up at the allotted time was very easy to talk to and he explained exactly what was needed.

R3 repaired the ceiling that had been damaged by a water leak in a small office.
I used R3 because they had done more major work for the school where I volunteer. They are reliable and turn up when they say they will. The tradesmen are all skilled, work safely and are courteous and careful.
R3 checked that the work is satisfactory before issuing an invoice.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them for preference in the future.

A small electrical job. Was more expensive than I thought it would be for a 20 minute job (I might just be out of touch with costs) but I agreed the price. The positive points were a quick response to my enquiry, the friendly electrician turned up at the allotted time and did a good job, and that was more important to me than the cost.

Plumbing came when they said did a neat and tidy job and the chap was very pleasant would definitely recommend and use them again thanks.

We needed a plumber urgently for an emergency repair job. The plumber arrived quickly and completed the job efficiently. He was helpful and took time to explain what he was doing. Would use them again.

I am happy to confirm that I had excellent service from your two employees on Tuesday 22nd and Thursday 24th June. They both worked hard and quickly with appropriate care and attention. They regularly liaised with me to ensure that what they were doing was what I was requiring. It was a friendly service that caused me no inconvenience and they carefully cleared away any mess and left everything neat and tidy. I will certainly recommend your company to friends and neighbours.

Remove and replace three bedroom doors and three full size cupboard doors to match. Joiners worked well together, did a first class job and tidied up after themselves. Happy with the job and the attitudes of the workers. Lost a star as we had a little trouble with our first appointed date when the joiner turned up minus the hardware and half the doors, which was the first time this firm had let us down, however, more than made up with the usual high standard of workmanship.

I got a large crack in the mullion between my windows repaired. Great job done. On time and very courteous too.
