I purchased a hall, stair and landing carpet. (I have bought all the carpets in my home from this shop) Called the store and Steve arranged an appointment for us to visit the same day. He then arranged for the carpet to be fitted the following day. This was beyond my expectations but I was delighted!. The carpet fitters are polite , efficient and get the job done in no time at all. I am delighted with the service and professionalism of the shop. I would (and have) highly recommend the shop Steve makes buying a carpet very easy and knows his stock.Would not go anywhere else .

Fantastic job again done by East Coast Carpets. When into Tranent shop Thursday lunchtime selected and paid for vinyl and it got fitted today. Guys who fitted it were professional and no mess was made and didnt leave till they checked i was happy with it.

East Coast Carpets provided and fitted 2 new carpets for my mother in law. They did a grand job and her house is looking so much better. They did the job with no fuss at all. All in we are very pleased.

I have been contemplating re-carpeting my house for some time but kept putting it off due to the amount of furniture I have and the thought of having to move it, to allow the old carpets to be uplifted and the new ones, laid.

However, I was told the workmen , from East Coast Carpets, who would lay the carpets would move furniture to allow the new underlay and carpet to be laid removing my concerns.

As a result, I ordered carpets/underlay at a very competitive price and kept my fingers crossed the men would complete the heavy work. I needn't have worried and they completed a great job, showing courtesy to me and respect to my property. They worked like trojans and the new carpets look great!

Absolutely brilliant service received from start to finish. Great advice from Steven when choosing flooring with no pressure. Everything was done and complete at a steady pace from measurements,installation and correspondence by phone updating me as to how things were progressing. Very happy with the final outcome will definitely have no quibble about using again.

Hall and stair carpet fitted.  Bedroom carpet fitted: Fitters worked methodically and when finished showed me the work they had done and asked if I was pleased with the work undertaken.

What an excellent experience. The couple at the shop were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of carpets. The guy came to measure up next day. The were 3 fitters, so they did the carpet quite quickly. They made a beautiful job of it. They also helped move furniture, which was such appreciated.
The pricing structure is brilliant. It includes carpet, underlay, grippers and door dividers.
I'd definitely recommend East Coast carpets. Excellent service!
