East Coast Carpets

East Coast Carpets fully floored my new build in Roseberry park, Tranent. They came with the recommendation from my parents who said they were very professional and did a good job in their house.

We initially entered the shop in Tranent looking for a rough quote based off floor plans. We felt welcomed and listened to. Staff were very knowledgeable and helped guide us to make the right choice, with a price that came well within our budget.

As it was a new build, they were flexible with dates in which the flooring could go down, and they were ready to go when we had confirmation of a move in date. Our entire house was fitted within two days, which included a herringbone kitchen and carpets laid for the entire upstairs.

We were informed at every stage and we are delighted with our new floors. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

We were looking to recarpet the whole house. Stephen in the showroom was knowledgeable and helpful and we were quickly able to make our choice. Brian came to measure up and had lots of interesting carpet anecdotes. The team of three fitters arrived just a few days later and wasted no time doing an excellent and professional job. They were friendly, helpful and hard-working - great team. The furniture is now all back in place and the carpet looks and feels great. All in all very happy

I needed the entire upper floor and stairs in my new house carpeted. The service I received was first class. From picking the carpets to fitting only took two weeks. The price including underlay and fitting was fantastic way under what I expected. The fitting was first class and they even helped fix a small problem with one of the stairs. I would definitely use them again.

I had a very specific idea of what I wanted using LVT and carpet. Steve helped ensure everyone came to see the job and advised on the best products to use to achieve my vision.
The joiners and carpet layers were reliable, professional and very easy to talk to.
I am absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back.

Johnny and partner arrived on time. Worked from 10 and finished by 2. This was completing 2 rooms with wood finish and tile finishing. I was very impressed with the quality of work.
Johnny had to come back to lift some flooring in living room for a plumber to get under the floor boards then came back to replace them. Arrived on time, and again left the place tidy.

On day of install the carpet fitters could not have been more helpful. I am disabled, they treated me with respect & kindness and also assisted in moving a heavy piece of furniture back for me. It seems to be rare these days to find a company that truly values its customers and provides an excellent level of service delivery.

Fantastic service here and we are absolutely delighted with carpet. Great advice as to which carpets would fit our requirements and no hidden costs as showroom price included underlay, grippers and fitting! We couldn’t believe how quickly the actual fitting could be done and the carpet layers were prompt, efficient and very professional. We have recently refurbished the toilets at our stadium. As part of this refurbishment we used East Coast Carpets to renew the flooring and carpet tiles.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and price. What an excellent experience. The couple at the shop were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of carpets. The guy came to measure up next day. The were 3 fitters, so they did the carpet quite quickly. They made a beautiful job of it. They also helped move furniture, which was such appreciated.
The pricing structure is brilliant. It includes carpet, underlay, grippers and door dividers.
