We’ve had several jobs done by this company and each time the service has been exceptional from the first meeting with Steven in the shop right through to the final fitting. Would highly recommend this company for any flooring.

Vinyl in kitchen and bathroom.  Carpets and underlay in bedroom, hall and living room: Excellent service.  Flooring was fitted 48 hours after order placed.

Removal of lounge carpet, fitting new carpet to same room: This is my fourth purchase from East Coast Carpets.  Highly recommended for choice, price and customer service.

I honestly cannot thank this team enough! I just moved into a new flat around 3 weeks ago I have had an absolute night mare finding somewhere for carpets with it being this time of the year everyone is super busy! My auntie found east coast carpets for me , said they looked brilliant, first time I called the lady was lovely & reassured me not to worry that they could defiantly fit me in, I was very stressed as I thought I wouldn’t have carpets down for kids wakening up on Christmas morning or my daughters birthday which is Boxing Day! Brian came out a few days after measured up, even brought samples as I wasn’t able to visit the shops! Today I had David & Dan out fitting the new living room carpet, they have done an amazing job, didn’t take them long at all, I live quite high up so even them bringing the big carpet all the way up stairs would’ve been a task! I can now get my Christmas tree up for my kids, I’m so happy! Thank you so much guys! I will be in touch after the new year for the rest of the house. Bedroom carpet and flooring to front hall: I have used East Coast Carpets for a number of years now and find their service is excellent, from going into shop and choosing and the fitters are brilliant guys who will put all furniture back into place, which to us at our age was fantastic.  Have recommended them to loads of friends who have all been delighted with the service.

East Coast carpets supplied and fitted new carpets in our Living room and Hall at the beginning of June. Our experience, from choosing through to fitting was excellent all the way through and I thoroughly recommend them. A special mention for the fitters, Jamie and Ian, who did a superb job quickly and professionally.

I was having a crisis after being let down by another carpet company a day before getting the keys to my new home. I went along to East Coast and within an hour they had went along to my home and taken precise measurements, given me a quote for the type of carpets/vinyl I was after and booked me in for free fitting in a days time. Could not recommend this company enough, they saved the day for me at the last minute. I will always recommend East Coast Carpets to friends and family and would use them again in the future.

Wanted laminate flooring after having to replace after it twice in 3 years. Was suggested to look at goliath padded lino floor covering if we got flooded again it would be easier to roll back floor covering to let everything dry out and put it back again. Cheaper and easier option. The guys did the job in no time and it looks great. Would certainly recommend.

New flooring all throughout downstairs. Done a superb job and would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with East Coast Carpets. Lyndsay helped me pick out the perfect flooring. All works were completed with in 10 days. All half the price if some of the main big companies. Johnny the fitter was on time pleasant and professional leaving a flawless finish. I 100% will recommend to anyone looking for flooring.

We have now had carpets fitted in four rooms plus a landing and staircase and have been delighted with the services provided by East Coast Carpets every time.
