Fantastic service as always. Visited the shop, picked a carpet, chap came to check the measurements and 5 days later, Ian and Jamie arrived and took around half an hour to fit it.

Polite and friendly from shop to fitted. These guys have done 5 rooms for me over the past few years and I'm always happy with the result. The prices are good and the speedy service for fitting is great.

I've always gone back to this shop because there's no reason to go elsewhere.

We went to East Coast Carpets for flooring for our new build house. Extremely friendly and helpful service, helped us make our choices and offered advice. With the aid of the Prestonpans shop we chose all our carpets and floor coverings for the whole house... the staff's knowledge and assistance were excellent and they were able to answer any questions we had re fitting and future cleaning/maintenance. The fitters, Jamie and Ian worked their socks off to get everything done to the time schedule we had and their work couldn't be faulted.... and they even had a smile. Hats off to them! We were surprised as the prices were much lower than we had expected having used another well know carpet provider for many years. Glad we went local this time ! Would definitely recommend to others.

We had all carpets and vinyl in the house replaced. At every stage of the process every person we've spoken to has been completely professional. Costings for the entire work was very clear, no hidden costs at all, and a great deal. Everyone did exactly what they said they would and when they said they would do it. There was a minor issue with one of the carpets which was replaced quickly and easily with no arguments and at no additional cost. We could not be happier to recommend this company to others in future. And the house looks amazing!!!

Brian and his team at the Tranent branch were excellent. We used them to carpet our new build 3 bed home. Excellent service and real value for money. After sales service could not be faulted. Carpets are excellent and Brian’s advice on what to go for and where in terms of wear etc was really helpful. Would use this company again.

Excellent fitting done throughout and especially on our open and wrap around stairs which were finished to a very high standard. Thank you lads from a very happy customer.

Johnny and partner arrived on time. Worked from 10 and finished by 2. This was completing 2 rooms with wood finish and tile finishing. I was very impressed with the quality of work.
Johnny had to come back to lift some flooring in living room for a plumber to get under the floor boards then came back to replace them. Arrived on time, and again left the place tidy.

Steven and Erica were very friendly. helpful and professional, as were their fitters. We had a wee hitch with laminate , which was put right very quickly (our old floors to blame).

Fantastic price, excellent advice on what carpets to buy and the fitting was done extremely quickly, neatly and to a high quality.

The floor coverings themselves are lovely and fitting and underlay were included.

We have 2 more rooms to do and will definitely be using East Coast Carpets again.
