Front door and windows were fitted and I am delighted with the quality of workmanship and the product. The team that fitted were very thorough and hard working, they didn't stop. They were tidy workers also. I am delighted with MCK windows and doors and would definitely recommend them. Great using a local business.

This is the first time we've used MCH and are very impressed with everything about this company. From order to installation there wasn't a problem and the fitters were excellent. Four windows fitted very professionally in just four hours and no mess left behind. Would recommend without hesitation.

We had a front door and frame replaced with a new Apeer composite door and frame. From our initial approach to completion of the work, this company has been brilliant. Martin came out to our house and measured up, giving us great advise. The girls in the office were excellent, very friendly, helpful and very professional when dealing with our requests for little changes to the order. On the day of installation the team arrived and set to work right away, they politely refused our offers of tea and coffee, saying they would carry on with the work. What an excellent set of tradesmen they were. They completed the job in three hours, removing the old door and frame and installing the new. They took all this away with them and cleaned both inside and outside the house leaving the area spotless. My son, who is a joiner to trade, remarked on what an excellent job they had done and said it was good to know there are still tradesmen out there who take a pride in their work. We are both extremely happy with the work carried out by MCK and would highly recommend this company for a professional job well done by friendly, competent tradesmen. We're not tech savvy enough to add a photograph but if anyone wants to come to see the work we're happy to show you if you go through MCK to contact us.

Initial visit to estimate was easily arranged and agent was punctual. A decent level of investigation and discussion of approaches was held. Careful consideration was given to existing features and preserving best of them.
Questions were asked and answered in detail. Final visit was to double check measurements and approach. Quote was issued quickly and was acceptable. Door was ordered with slight delay because of my hesitation re outside facing colour. Wrong RAD number was spotted by eagle eyed office staff and corrected.
Door was manufactured to specs very quickly and a date for fitting was offered immediately.
employee was early, quietly efficient and spent a lot of time on final adjustments to get the door just right. He was skilled, polite, a clean worker who clearly had loads of knowledge and experience. A follow-up happened to see that I was pleased and in that discussion a small potential problem was given assurance of attention should it develop.
All administration was efficient and courteous. Staff were polite good communicators and supportive throughout. this was a first class service and provision of a good product and an excellent fitting. In these days of poor service and attention to detail, this was refreshing. No hesitation in a positive recommendation. Well done!

MCK Windows & Doors renewed all of my windows. Service was great from the initial enquiry to fitting. Office staff were very friendly and helpful and fitters were very tidy in their work. Not only do the windows look much better but also make such a difference keeping the heat in my home. 100% recommend and would use again!
