Extremely pleased with the shutters supplied and installed by Barry and his team. Very neat and tidy job and very pleased with the quality of the product. A courteous and friendly supplier.

As a company I cannot rate Akwa plumb too highly. Chatting to my Son-in-Law and telling of my frankly appalling service from another ‘Central Heating and Plumbing Company’ I was at a loss in which way to turn, once you have been ‘burned’ by dreadful customer service from one company, figuring out which one to trust I found problematic.
Enter my awesome Son-in-Law, I had just finished telling him of my woes and fears over potential Christmas plumbing disaster when he headed home. An hour later I recieved a txt telling me DONALD was coming!

The next day, right on time a colleague of ‘Donald’ arrived. Just in the door a few minutes as I explained my problems with heating and radiators etc he got to work, not taking a minute for coffee or tea he worked both diligently and fastidiously.
When he finished the job tools tidied away etc and not rushing out the door but rather wanted to ensure that I was happy, assured and satisfied that everything was as I expected.
Suffice to say, 5 Star review seems inadequate given that a ‘Genuine Professional Tradesman’ who takes pride in his work was in my home.

Durashield replaced 9 of our windows and did a fantastic job. John is patient and knowledgeable, and took time to talk through the various options and work with us to make choices that suited our budget and needs.

The fitters were efficient, tidy and completed the job in 2 days with no damage.

The windows look fantastic and the house feels much warmer already. Would highly recommend!

Durashield recently replaced the windows and patio doors in my flat. I would highly recommend this company. Windows and doors were high quality. I received excellent customer service from start to finish from everybody I came in contact with.

We had water coming in through our old, single glazed windows, so we needed them replaced rather quickly. John and his team from Durashields Windows did exactly this for us, and upgraded our windows in the process (double glazing, more durable casements). The job of taking out the old windows and installing the new ones (two tenement windows) was done in a half day, and the contractors did not only install the windows, but also were very considerate of the surroundings, cleaning up after themselves etc.
Throughout the whole process, John and his team were very quick to respond and kept us updated and in the loop consistently. We will definitely return for the exchange and update of the remaining windows in the new year.

5 windows and 1 door I am really pleased with the quality of them. The workmen were pleasant and confident and it looked like they were used to working together, and very good at clearing up as they were working

Andy’s team fitted my IKEA kitchen without any issues, they came exactly on time and did a great job. I’m very happy with the workmanship! They’ve also laminated my living room and it looks like new now.
But the most impressive thing was that they were able to accommodate my super narrow time-frame! Andy has great time managing skills and is a good manager!

Exchanged kitchen doors and 4 windows with these guys. Very responsive and easy to deal with. Good value for the price. Crew polite, efficient, done the job as agreed with no problems. First wave of cold nights showed everything works us intended. Would definitely go with the again.
