New double glazed windows were required for a two- bedroomed flat which I regularly let out. As a result of the many positive reviews that I read about Durashield, I contacted John Johnstone who provided a very fair quote for the replacement windows and one which came well below those of other competitors. I met up with John at the flat to discuss the details and found him to be very helpful, friendly and full of lots of funny anecdotes! As the tenants were in situ at the time, access was necessary for the completion of the works and as I had no doubt about John's honesty and trust- worthiness, I was happy for him to liaise with the tenants himself when access was required. This saved me a lot of time. I am delighted with the new windows and I have no hesitation in recommending John Johnstone and his team at Durashield Windows, not only for their attention to detail,but also for the polite, friendly , efficient and professional way they do business.

I had a small pass-through window that wasn’t very functional, so I contacted Concept Joiners to see about making it bigger. David was incredibly professional and efficient throughout the whole process—he responded to my messages quickly and completed the job to perfection.
