We had two Doors and nine windows replaced by MCK and I can honestly say they were brilliant.
The fitters arrived and immediately put down carpet protection and hard floor protection they even had a device to protect our kitchen sink.
The finished result was incredibly good I tried to find some snagging but could not that was how professional the finishes were.
They even cleaned up behind them and when finished you would not believe they had done so much work over two days that’s how tidy they were.
The quality of the product is excellent 5 star we shopped many window companies but we were impressed by the professionalism of all MCK staff.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very please with the door and the installation fitter, all the work was done to a very high standard. My wife and I were that please with the work that we have decided to have another door replaced by MCK, would trust them to do a good job.

MCK Windows and Doors are an amazing company who fitted new windows, French doors and a front door to my house! They came out measured everything gave me options and fitted them perfectly! They are such a friendly helpful company that I would recommend anyone to use! I am very happy with the finishing of my doors and windows and have had many compliments!!

A work colleague recommended MCK windows and doors after recently getting their own doors replaced. After initial look online and then at their showroom in Kirkintilloch, I was happy enough to proceed with my own door. Composite door with custom colour and framing. While this did push the price up, it was only over my summarised budget by approx £100. They also had the door in a colour I wanted while other companies I had looked at did not have colours I was completely satisfied with.
From order to installation was approx 5 to 6 weeks. Installed in roughly 2 hours and the installer ran through all the warranty information required

I had new French doors fitted. Difficult job to take the original doors out as they had seized and didn't open. Not fazed by this the whole job was completed in the morning and all mess cleaned up.
Very happy with the standard of work.
This is the second time I've used MCK. The first job was fitting a new window and they were very accommodating and worked round the window being fitted very much when it suited me. Would use them again and highly recommend them

First contact was with Nicole on the phone. She was tremendous help providing us with product information and arranging a shop visit. We met Shannon at the premises, an absolute pleasure dealing with her. She took the time to explain the make up and performance of the doors and was very helpful with our final choices. Six to eight weeks for delivery and fitting, brilliant
Martin arranged a suitable time to come and visit our home. He carefully measured the job, taking the time to explain how the works would proceed and what was involved. Nicole then called to arrange a suitable date for installation.
Finally, we met David, who fitted the doors. What an absolute pleasure observing this man work. The removal of the old doors was very prompt and the fitting of the new frames was outstanding. Tidying and cleaning up as he went, David took an obvious pride in his work. The new doors were fitted, adjusted and cleaned and ready for use. He then explained the keys and locks and the importance of registering these items.
From our initial contact, to viewing, to purchase, to measuring, to installation and finally billing, MCK were outstanding. Very friendly and attentive, great products and knowledge. We were also very happy with the price.
