I had new French doors fitted. Difficult job to take the original doors out as they had seized and didn't open. Not fazed by this the whole job was completed in the morning and all mess cleaned up.
Very happy with the standard of work.
This is the second time I've used MCK. The first job was fitting a new window and they were very accommodating and worked round the window being fitted very much when it suited me. Would use them again and highly recommend them

First contact was with Nicole on the phone. She was tremendous help providing us with product information and arranging a shop visit. We met Shannon at the premises, an absolute pleasure dealing with her. She took the time to explain the make up and performance of the doors and was very helpful with our final choices. Six to eight weeks for delivery and fitting, brilliant
Martin arranged a suitable time to come and visit our home. He carefully measured the job, taking the time to explain how the works would proceed and what was involved. Nicole then called to arrange a suitable date for installation.
Finally, we met David, who fitted the doors. What an absolute pleasure observing this man work. The removal of the old doors was very prompt and the fitting of the new frames was outstanding. Tidying and cleaning up as he went, David took an obvious pride in his work. The new doors were fitted, adjusted and cleaned and ready for use. He then explained the keys and locks and the importance of registering these items.
From our initial contact, to viewing, to purchase, to measuring, to installation and finally billing, MCK were outstanding. Very friendly and attentive, great products and knowledge. We were also very happy with the price.

We are delighted with the workmanship and service received from the installers to the girls in the office, who were extremely helpful in the decision of choosing the door design and glazing.
