New Windows and doors fitted. I was very pleased with Radbury as a whole. The gentleman who came to my house with the brochures and did the initial measuring was polite and helpful as I was choosing which windows to go for. The estimation if start date was accurate. The two fitters who came were polite and respectful towards myself and my property. They were polite and considerate. Worked quickly and efficiently. On completion of work contact from office was timely to ensure I was happy with work carried out and paperwork also sent to me in a timely manner. All in all a positive experience with Radburys. I would definitely be happy to recommend them to others.

Full house double glazed with a new front door. I called Radbury as they were recommended to me by a friend. They were great explaining the process and how it would work. The quote was provided quickly and we felt the price was competitive for the work that was required. Replacement window The whole team at Redbury from office staff to sales then fitter were all extremely helpful and efficient. They were actually able to complete my order in a shorter time than normal. The fitting team had to work on a very hot afternoon. They made a very good job of replacing my window so no repairs were required to the decor. Highly recommended.

Replacing old windows Very friendly service in ordering the windows. Excellent communication at all times as finding a mutually convenient time for installation was complicated by a number of external factors.
The installation itself was swift and professionally completed. The team worked dawn to dusk in horrendous conditions and managed to finish the job a day early.

Prestwick Community Centre had 15 very large windows fitted, the building was an old primary school. We consider the work to be of a very high standard and great value. Replacement of 4 windows I am absolutely delighted with the work & professionalism of the workers on the day. The men that fitted the windows were fantastic & very prefessional. The windows are of a very high standard.

However i must add...we were also looking to have patio doors fitted ar the same time period and asked for a quote on the day the surveyor came to measure up the windows. There was definately a break down in communication between the 2 men that did come out seperately. Unfortunately we never received a quote, despite sending our architects work plans on 2 occasions and personally coming into the showroom on 2 occasions and speaking directly to Ken who did reiterate he had passed them onto the gentleman who dealt with this.The gentleman that did initially arrive to measure up our windows (not Ken, who was very good) i do not know this gentlemans name as he never stated clearly who he was, did not mention that he was also to quote for patio doors....said be was only here to measure for windows??? Definately very poor communication between these 2 men. Such a shame as i would of preferred Radbury to fit the doors too.

It has not put us off using Radbury again as the standard is very high...but i hope they do look into who is surveying jobs etc as they may be missing out on work. Again i would like to praise the 2 men that fitted the windows.

Replacing three old double glazes windows and two single glazed windows My approach with a job such as this is to look for reviews of companies via the local ''trusted trader'' scheme and also through the analogous ''Which'' recommended trader scheme. I prefer local firms if possible.
Radbury''s were recommended by both (only company to do so for this type of work).
I approached them for a quote and was very pleased with the service I got - very thorough survey and useful suggestions. The quotation was very reasonable and so we accepted it.

Stephen and James, the fitters arrived promptly on the agreed day and did an excellent job with the installations. All the old structures were removed at the end, floors swept etc. They were both very friendly and polite.

I received the invoice plus a ten year guarantee, by e-mail a few days after the work was completed

As it''s more than 30 years since the last double glazing went in, we felt it was time to replace and upgrade. Our original doors and windows were purchased from Radbury and have served well throughout so they were first port of call. Following the initial survey and quote we decided to proceed and a detailed inspection followed. An installation date was then agreed and the fitters turned up on time every day, were courteous, helpful and accommodating throughout. They did a top quality install and consulted throughout on anything that adjusted. We had particular needs due to a pet with epilepsy and they adjusted their schedule to suit.

I am very happy with both the quality of the install and of the doors and windows. It has lifted the look of our house and reduced the noise at the same time. We''ll see when winter comes just how aged our old windows were I hope.

Radbury installed new windows and doors to my property. We contacted Radbury to give us a quote. Our home was measured promptly and Gemma in the office was great, very helpful and after a few emails we decided what type of windows and doors we wanted. On the date of installation James and Steph set to work and kept me informed each day of what was happening. They were great, very professional and tidied up any mess as well as taking away my old windows and doors. They were also so considerate of my dog making sure they kept the garden gate and doors secure so he wouldn’t get out! All the work was completed in less than 3 days to a very high standard. Amazing!

Installation of 2 large double glazing units. Radbury Double Glazing are a local South Ayrshire company based in Prestwick.
This is the first time I have had occasion to use the company and I am delighted with the excellent quality and workmanship shown during the installation and cannot speak highly enough of Stef and James (both fantastic tradesmen) who were courteous and informative throughout the whole process. They were meticulous in ensuring both rooms were spotless at the completion of the installation.

I would recommended Radbury Double Glazing every time.

Replacement front door and fanlight. I chose the palermo solid door from the palladio range in red with red frame. I was back and forward to the showroom a few times before deciding on that particular door and gold letter box and gold lever handle. It suits my older type terraced property as its a solid attractive door. Staff were great from start to finish and showed me examples of doors online and in the showroom.
The door fitter made an excellent job of fitting and reframing the door as its an older building and walls are not entirely straight. He seemed to be a perfectionist.


The one thing I do not like is the white hinges and silver screws against the black panel when the door opens. I am inclined to leave my door open through the day so it''s the first thing that catches you eye.

Fit new Double Glazed Windows and Composite Door to Front Elevation Lesley and team from Radbury could not have been more helpful during the whole process and we never felt under any pressure. We were given good advice around the Window & Door types available and lots of information and help around what types of glass/window to choose. They also supplied various samples to help us decide colours and were on hand to deal with any questions we had.

They kept us updated while waiting for the installation and the onsite team did a fantastic job with no mess left behind and everything finished to an incredibly high standard. Coming from me, that is a huge compliment as I am an absolute perfectionist.

Replacement of double glazed windows and patio doors and an emergency exit door on the clubhouse of a community sports club. Radbury Double Glazing were very attentive from start to finish in terms of visiting the site, providing a detailed quotation, agreeing and sticking to the installation timeframe and completing the job. In particular the installation crew were very efficient and attentive and left the premises as clean as when they started with all waste materials being taken off site every evening.

The standard of workmanship was second to none such that the finished installation has greatly enhanced the look and insulation standard of the building.

Our only point of criticism would be that the installation crew turned up an hour later than expected on the final day, an issue that could have been prevented with a simple phone call.

But overall Radbury Double Glazing did a great job and were competent and professional to work with.

Replacement of 16 double glazed windows I cannot recommend Radbury Double Glazing highly enough.

Having suffered the ''hard sell'' from other double glazing companies, dealing with Radbury was the exact opposite: straightforward, no pressure, no "sign up tonight and we''ll give you a discount", just really nice people who did what they said they''d do. And all at an extremely fair price.

Even when we had an illness in the family and we couldn''t commit to going ahead at that point, they put us under no stress whatsoever; they were happy to wait until we got back on an even keel, which we did.

Every single person we dealt with was first-class, and a credit to the company.

I had the misfortune to have both my front door locks break at the same time. Radbury came out to see me the same day I called, and were able to search for an fit an older style lock within 2/3 days securing my property. They also expedited a new interior door within 3 weeks from order to fitting. Radbury went above and beyond to assist me, and all staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They came on time each time they visited, and left no mess. I would not hesitate to recommend them for both quality and professionalism.

Replaced old worn-out aluminium windows and wooden doors. From the beginning of Derek coming to our home,we felt comfortable with our conversation and after our visit to the factory, meeting other staff members made us realise we made the right choice, as we had quotes from other local companies.
Our expectations were high and they were surpassed, seeing the quality of windows and doors, when fitted they looked wonderful. Friends had nearly driven passed as the house looks so different.(greatly improved)

Radbury replaced eight windows, a large bay window and two external doors; together with installing two sets of new french windows in an older property. The team at Radbury were excellent throughout the process.

They took the time to understand our desires and the challenges of our older property. Taking the time to carefully survey the property and present three quotes to allow us to understand the cost implication of different options and delivered sample windows to assist with the decision making process.

There were some challenges during the process, including supply issues, and a design issue. Radbury worked hard at resolving these issues, coming up with alternative approaches to overcome both matters. Their communication and willingness to find a solution was first class.

During the installation, the team delivered what they promised. Quality products installed with care and true passion to deliver an excellent finished product. We were impressed by the fact that they always came when expected, worked diligently while on the job, and tidied up after themselves.

Was the process perfect? No. There were a few unavoidable hiccups in the processes. Despite this I would highly recommend Radbury, as they communicated throughout the process, delivered an excellent end product at a fair price and there was no additional hidden costs at the end.

The work is absolutely fantastic and from the day I ordered my windows and doors was brilliant. Everyone so friendly and nothing was a bother to them. I was let down by three other company’s last year but when I phoned Radbury they couldn’t of made anything easier for us. The boys who fitted the windows were fantastic workers even during all this heat they kept going and only stopping when they were due their breaks. They were so helpful, tidy and courteous. When the surveyor came out to give us a price was so so helpful and made suggestions to what we might like I was not disappointed with the advise he gave us. The office staff were amazing as well. The price was brilliant as well. So can’t say anything else but amazing.

3 windows replaced and bedroom mirror doors changed Before starting work a protective cover was placed on stair carpet and a sheet on hall floor, pleased to see that as it was a showery day and the men were coming and going to their vans and working outside too. The men worked away steadily and efficiently. The rooms were left clean and tidy, I didn’t have to do any hoovering afterwards. They started at 9.00 am , and left at 6.30pm so it was a full day. Double glazing in 6 rooms. I will not provide the price. We asked for quotes from three companies including Radbury. One didn''t respond to our enquiry so it was down to two.
Radbury provided a very detailed report compared to the other supplier. This allowed us to make an informed decision and we decided to go with them.

I would have preferred more communication between placing the order and the work starting. At least one progress update would have been helpful.

The work was completed on time with minimal disruption although there was slight damage (scuffs and scrapes) to the existing woodwork. One window had been damaged in transit. Radbury brought this to our attention and arranged a replacement.

They also provided an aftercare service to make sure that we were happy.

Bay window enlarged and new double glazing fitted, plus new double glazing on 4 other windows We found Radbury very easy to deal with, very welcoming in their showroom and able to answer our questions. The work was carried out as planned and we were very pleased with the workmanship and the standards set by the fitters. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend Radbury.

Radbury supplied and fitted large windows, french doors, and a composite door with side panels. Lesley and the staff at Radbury''s were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and nothing was an issue, including working with us whilst we changed our minds on several occasions.

Radbury also arranged for builders-work to be undertaken at the living room window opening which was completed without any issues.

Supply and fit replacement casement type windows to a period property in a conservation area. The site where the windows were installed has a historical problem with the regulatory planning bodies. It is located in a conservation area and has a history of conflict when alterations and upgrades are planned.
It was a pleasure to deal with a local company who were sympathetic to the problems and solved any issues in a timely and cost effective manner.
There attention to detail was first class and this includes their after sales service. We plan to extend this site and upgrade the remainder of the corroded aluminium type windows and we will use Radbury Double Glazing services again.

Supply and installation of one double glazed tilt and turn window. handle on window was on the wrong side and the suppliers to Rad bury's sent replacement with wrong hinges. Rad bury's did keep in touch with us and the matter was amicably resolved.
